Bethel Township

Drug Possession – On Aug. 3, 2020 at approximately 9:30 a.m., PSP Jonestown troopers conducted a traffic stop in Bethel Twp. on Rt. 22 and South Center St. on a 2010 Volvo V50 sport wagon. The Passenger of the vehicle was found to be in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. The Passenger/Arrestee was a 38 year old Cleona man. Appropriate charges are to be filed.

Frailey Township

Vehicle Accident – On Aug. 4, 2020 at 3:29 p.m., this crash occurred as Unit 1, an unknown make and model, and Unit 2, a 2019 Volvo VNL860, driven by Operator 2, a 35 year old Mechanicsburg man, were traveling north on I 81 Northbound. Unit 1 was in the left lane and Unit 2 was in the right lane. Unit 1 was traveling next to Unit 2. Unit 1, for an unknown reason, crossed into the right lane and, in doing so, sideswiped the front driver’s side mirror of Unit 2, causing damage. After impact, Unit 1 fled the scene, heading north without stopping to provide information. Operator 2 was not injured as a result of this crash.

Criminal Mischief $1,000+ – On Aug. 8, 2020 at approximately 5:07 a.m., PSP Jonestown troopers responded to the Dutch Way Farm Market, located at 649 East Lincoln Ave., for a reported broken window with blood around it. Upon arrival on scene, troopers located the Arrestee inside the kitchen bathroom of the Dutch Way Farm Market. The Arrestee was Erly Abrigo-Arredondo, a 29 year old Newark, NJ man. The Victim was Dutch Way Farm Market. Damaged property includes a window valued at $1,000.00 and an exit door valued at $1,000.00. Appropriate charges have been filed.

Missing Person – This incident occurred as Randall Garrett, a 70 year old Myerstown W/N/M, told his roommate he was leaving to run some errands on the morning of Aug. 10, 2020 at 12:30 p.m. As of 7:30 p.m., Garrett had still not returned to his residence, located on the 500 block of Houtztown Rd., and he was reported missing by his daughter. Garrett has no cell phone and was driving a black 2014 Nissan Versa bearing PA Registration HCJ-1880. He was wearing a plaid shirt, cargo shorts, black sneakers, and a camouflage and brown baseball cap. Garrett wears glasses and hearing aids. Anyone with information is asked to call PSP Jonestown at 717-865-2194.

Harassment – On Aug. 10, 2020 at 5:28 p.m., troopers of PSP Jonestown station responded to Katydid Ct. for a report of a domestic. Upon arrival on scene, it was determined that the Accused (W/N/F, 68 year old) grabbed her stepson’s face. Then, she pushed and slapped her husband. The Arrestee was a 68 year old Myerstown woman. The Victims were a 57 year old Myerstown man and a 27 year old Myerstown man. Charges for Harassment have been filed against the Accused.

Indecent Exposure – On Aug. 12, 2020 at 4:40 p.m., this crime occurred on West Main Ave. In the commission of this crime, a 44 year old Myerstown man walked out of his residence in plain view of the public and the Victim, a 61 year old Myerstown man, while wearing no clothing. The Victim observed the man’s penis from his residence. The man subsequently walked back inside his residence.

Lebanon City

Public Drunkenness – A 48 year old North Lebanon Twp. man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on Aug. 9, 2020 at 3:40 a.m. on the 600 block of Poplar St.

Public Drunkenness – A 27 year old Hazle Twp. woman has been cited for Public Drunkenness on Aug. 8, 2020 at 2:09 a.m. on the 800 block of South 12th St.

Drug Possession – A 32 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on Aug. 8, 2020 at 7:28 p.m. on the 400 block of North 5th St.

Harassment – A 28 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Harassment after investigation into an incident which occurred on July 11, 2020 at 11:00 p.m. on the 400 block of North 5th St.

Harassment – A 25 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Harassment after an incident on July 20, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. on the 500 block of Church St.

Trespass – A 44 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Trespass on July 25, 2020 at 10:15 p.m. on the 700 block of Glenwood St.

Harassment – A 27 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Harassment on July 31, 2020 at 2:50 a.m. on the 100 block of North 10th St.

Disorderly Conduct – A 25 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on Aug. 5, 2020 at 11:57 p.m. on the 00 block of South 10th St.

Dogs Running At Large – A 67 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Dogs Running At Large on July 27, 2020 at 10:34 a.m. on the 900 block of East Scull St.

Drug Possession – Miguel DeJesus-Figueroa, a 29 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of a Controlled Substance after police assisted Lebanon County Probation Officers on Aug. 5, 2020 at 3:48 p.m. on the 1,100 block of Lehman St. DeJesus was arraigned before MDJ Carl Garver and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $5,000 bail and on a probation violation.

Protection From Abuse Order Violation – Nicolas Cordero, a 39 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with a Protection From Abuse Order violation on Aug. 4, 2020 at 3:52 a.m. on the 700 block of Monument St. Cordero is accused of having physical contact with the 42 year old Victim of the PFA. The Victim was not injured as a result of her contact with Cordero. He has also been charged with Unauthorized Use of an Automobile and Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked during this same incident. He is accused of taking the Victim’s vehicle and driving it from the scene while not possessing a driver’s license. Police located and apprehended Cordero on Aug. 6, 2020. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Carl Garver. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $25,000 bail for the PFA violation and $25,000 bail for the additional charges.

Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats – Denise Nardo, a 53 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Simple Assault and Terroristic Threats (domestic violence related) after an incident on July 31, 2020 at 3:06 p.m. on the 1,000 block of Meily St. Nardo is accused of being involved in a verbal argument with the 26 year old Victim, at which time, it is alleged she pointed a .22 caliber handgun at the Victim and told him she would kill him. The firearm was not discharged, it was legally owned and Nardo had a permit to carry the firearm. The firearm had been seized as evidence. No one was injured during this incident. Nardo was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Kim Wolfe. She was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $25,000 bail.

Simple Assault, Reckless Endangerment – Jessica Montes-Forty, a 28 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Simple Assault (two counts – domestic violence related) and Recklessly Endangering Another Person after an incident on Aug. 8, 2020 at 10:17 a.m. on the 200 block of East Cumberland St. Montes is accused of biting the 27 year old Victim on his back, shoulder, and hand, causing injury and bite impressions. She is also accused of throwing a large kitchen knife at the Victim after she allegedly chased him out of the residence. He was not struck by the knife. Montes was apprehended following the incident and transported to LCCB. She was arraigned before MDJ John Ditzler and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Drug Possession – Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against Mario Camacho, a 32 year old Lebanon resident, after being found sleeping on a bench at North 9th St. and Mifflin St. on Aug. 1, 2020 at 6:14 p.m.

DUI, Drug Possession – Charges of Driving Under the Influence of Controlled Substances and Possession of a Controlled Substance have been filed against Michael Blessing, a 36 year old Lebanon resident, after being found sleeping in his vehicle, engine running and in gear, on the 400 block of Federal St. on June 19, 2020 at 7:56 p.m. Police allege a blood test revealed Blessing had THC (marijuana) and Fentanyl in his blood at the time of the incident.

Drug Possession – A charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance has been filed against Roberto Dennis, a 37 year old Reading resident, after he was found sleeping on a bench in Monument Park on June 27, 2020 at 11:46 a.m.

DUI, Operation Following Suspension Of Registration – Charges of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Operation Following Suspension of Registration have been filed against Jonathan Maldonado, a 33 year old Lebanon resident, after a traffic stop on July 12, 2020 at 3:22 a.m. on the 800 block of Chestnut St. Police allege a blood test revealed his blood alcohol content was .172% at the time of the incident.

Drug Possession, Public Drunkenness – Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Public Drunkenness have been filed against a 48 year old Lebanon man after being found intoxicated on June 27, 2020 at 3:21 p.m. on South 13th St. and Washington St.

Simple Assault – Jose Lebron, a 41 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) after an incident on Aug. 2, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. on the 500 block of Weidman St. He is accused of slapping the 22 year old Victim on her face, punching her in the back of the neck which knocked her to the floor. While she lay on the floor, it is alleged he kicked her in the back. The Victim was injured as a result of the assault. Lebron fled prior to police arrival and has not been located.

Receiving Stolen Property – A charge of Receiving Stolen Property has been filed against Scott Boltz Jr., a 33 year old Lebanon resident, after investigation into a theft that occurred on July 7, 2020 at 5:57 p.m. on the 700 block of North 7th St. Boltz is accused of possessing the stolen property on July 7, 2020 on the 600 block of Cumberland St. The item possessed and then sold to the business on the 600 block of Cumberland St. was a Playstation 4.

Criminal Trespass – Javonne Grace, a 27 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Criminal Trespass on Aug. 10, 2020 at 2:10 p.m. on the 100 block of North 10th St. Grace is accused of kicking the door to the apartment of the Victim, causing the door to break and permitting him access inside the apartment. Grace is accused of entering the apartment and arguing with the 26 year old Victim. The Victim was not injured and she called police when Grace fled from the scene. He was apprehended later the same day and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ John Ditzler and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $15,000 bail.

Millcreek Township

Criminal Mischief Under $1,000 – This crime occurred as unknown Actor(s) smashed the Victim’s rear driver’s side window of their 2008 General Motors Corp. Acadia by unknown means between Aug. 9, 2020 at 3:30 p.m. and Aug. 12, 2020 at 1:00 p.m on North Sheridan Rd. The unknown Actor(s) fled in an unknown direction by unknown means. The Victim was a 23 year old Newmanstown woman.

North Lebanon Township

Harassment – A 39 year old Lebanon woman was charged with Harassment after an incident that occurred on July 19, 2020 at her residence.

Harassment – A 19 year old Lebanon man was charged with Harassment after an incident that occurred on Aug. 8, 2020 at his residence.

Richland Borough

Criminal Mischief $1,000+ – On Aug. 12, 2020 at 7:11 p.m., this crime occurred on Poplar St. In the commission of this crime, unknown Actor(s) caused damage to the Victim’s vehicle by unknown means. The Victim’s vehicle sustained a small mark with approximately a quarter size of paint missing. The unknown Actor(s) fled in an unknown direction by unknown means. The Victim was a 38 year old Richland woman.

Vehicle Accident – On Aug. 4, 2020 at 9:05 a.m., this two-vehicle crash occurred in the parking lot of the Mastronardi Produce Distribution Center, located at 501 Old Forge Rd. in Union Twp. This incident occurred as Unit 1, a 2008 Volkswagen Jetta, was parking into a stall and, after parking, Unit 1 drifted backwards and struck Unit 2, a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox. Unit 2 was parked in a stall in the parking lot without an Operator inside. Unit 1 sustained no apparent damage from the crash. Unit 2 sustained minor damage on the rear hatch area of the vehicle. Operator 1 was not injured during the crash. There was no Operator for Unit 2. Both Units could be moved from the crash scene under their own power.

Hit And Run Crash – On Aug. 5, 2020 at approximately 9:04 a.m., PSP Jonestown troopers responded to the Love’s Truck Stop, located at 22 Old Forge Rd., Union Twp. for a reported hit and run crash. The Operator of the vehicle that fled has been identified as Nicole Deitzler, a 41 year old Lebanon woman. The Victim was a 44 year old Manheim man. The vehicles involved were a 2000 Ford F450 and a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado. Troopers are investigating.

Drug Possession – On Aug. 11, 2020 at 9:27 p.m., this crime occurred on Lickdale Rd. and Nature Ln. In the commission of this crime, the Actor was in possession of a controlled substance in a 2000 Mercury Automobiles Mountaineer (sport utility). The Arrestee was a 40 year old Philadelphia man.

Drug Possession – On Aug. 11, 2020 at 5:36 p.m., this crime occurred on SR 72 and Jonestown Rd. In the commission of this crime, the Actor was in possession of a controlled substance in a 2007 Nissan Sentra. The Arrestee was a 33 year old Lebanon man.
