Endangering the welfare of children, drug possession – On Aug. 19, police charged Tennaly Cordero, 28, with endangering the welfare of children and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at around 10 a.m. June 27 on the 100 block of East Cherry Street.
Drug possession, public drunkenness – On Aug. 19, police charged Jayvan Polanco, 30, with possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness after an incident at around 5:30 p.m. May 9 in the area of 12th and Scull streets.
Drug possession – On Aug. 18, police charged Jason Ott, 45, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at around 7:45 a.m. May 11 in the area of 13th and Washington streets.
Retail theft – On Aug. 18, police charged Isaac Shedrick, 45, with retail theft after an incident at around 6:30 p.m. Feb. 8 on the 600 block of North 12th Street.
DUI, careless driving – On Aug. 17, police charged Dennis Agosto, 29, with DUI and careless driving after an incident at around 5 a.m. July 26 in the area of 5th and Weidman streets.
Terroristic threats, harassment – On Aug. 16, police charged Domingo Rivas-Escarraman, 49, with terroristic threats and harassment after an incident at around 8:30 p.m. Aug. 15 on the 400 block of North 9th Street.
Aggravated assault, disorderly conduct – On Aug. 15, police charged Cynthia Anderson, 19, with aggravated assault and disorderly conduct after an incident at around 7:45 a.m. Aug. 15 on the 200 block of South 4th Street.
Drug possession – On Aug. 14, police charged Allen Gerena, 32, with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident in February 2025 on the 500 block of Weidman Street.
Simple assault, terroristic threats, harassment – On Aug. 14, police charged Sherief Nagi, 20, with simple assault (domestic violence-related), terroristic threats, and harassment after an incident at around 6:30 p.m. Aug. 14 on the 200 block of South 6th Street.
Evading arrest or detention on foot – On Aug. 14, police charged Jonathan Flores-Rivera, 31, with evading arrest or detention on foot after a warrant service at around 11:30 a.m. Aug. 14 on the 800 block of Chestnut Street.
Driving while suspended – On Aug. 14, police charged Hector Benitez, 29, with driving while suspended (DUI-related) after an incident at around 9:45 a.m. Aug. 14 on the 500 block of Federal Street.
Retail theft – On Aug. 13, police charged Efrain Rivera, 38, with retail theft after an incident at around 5:30 p.m. Feb. 8 on the 600 block of North 12th Street.
Simple assault, disorderly conduct – On Aug. 12, police charged Darian Klick, 28, with simple assault and disorderly conduct after an incident at around 9:30 p.m. June 12 on the 400 block of North 11th Street.

Lebanon County Regional
Arrest warrant served – On Aug. 17, police arrested Jeremy Schroll, 42, on an arrest warrant, with the original charges being theft by unlawful taking (attempt) and loitering and prowling at nighttime.
Harassment – At 8:06 p.m. Aug. 3, police responded to the 500 block of Weavertown Road in North Lebanon Township for a disturbance. The investigation revealed that a 42-year-old man grabbed another man by the back of the neck, causing injuries. Police charged the 42-year-old with summary harassment.
Drug possession, retail theft – At 5:30 p.m. July 30, police responded to Walmart in North Lebanon Township for a retail theft. The investigation revealed that a 17-year-old girl entered Walmart, concealed store merchandise, and exited the store without paying. Police also found the girl to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana. Police released her to a parent and charged her with misdemeanor possession of a small amount of marijuana and summary retail theft.
Bench warrant served – At 11:37 a.m. July 30, police responded to St. Jacob’s Church in North Lebanon Township for a well-being check on two subjects and found one subject, Chloe Dengler, 24, had a warrant for her arrest out of Northumberland County. Police confirmed the warrant and transported her to LCCB.
Drug possession – At 2:04 a.m. July 30, police made contact with a bicyclist on Lehman Street at 16th Street in West Lebanon Township who matched the description of a suspect involved in vehicle entries. Police said Casey Kline, 20, was in possession of marijuana and related paraphernalia. Police charged Kline with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Confinement of dogs – At 4:32 p.m. July 25, police responded to the 2100 block of Church Street in West Lebanon Township for a report of dogs running at large. Police said a 50-year-old woman failed to confine her three dogs as they ran onto a neighboring property. The woman was previously warned and charged with confinement of dogs. Police again charged the woman with summary confinement of dogs.
Retail theft – At around 1:23 p.m. July 25, police responded to Walmart in North Lebanon Township for a retail theft. Police said a 59-year-old woman entered the store, concealed store merchandise, and left without paying for it. Police charged her with summary retail theft.
Firearms not to be carried without a license – At 1:29 a.m. July 25, police made contact with an occupied vehicle in the parking lot of Hobby Lobby in North Lebanon Township. Police said Christopher Lutz, 23, was in possession of a concealed firearm while not being properly licensed to do so. Police seized the firearm and charged Lutz with misdemeanor firearms not to be carried without a license.
Retail theft – At 6:47 p.m. July 21, police responded to Walmart in North Lebanon Township for a retail theft. Police said a 56-year-old woman took of store merchandise and left without paying. Police charged her with summary retail theft.
Drug possession – At 2:13 a.m. July 21, police located a black GMC parked at Sheetz in North Lebanon Township. Police said the driver, Aaron Williams, 35, was in possession of marijuana and charged him with misdemeanor possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Harassment – At 9:50 p.m. July 10, police responded to Sheetz in North Cornwall Township for a reported assault. Police said a 52-year-old man grabbed a female and shoved her to the ground, causing injury. Police charged him with summary harassment.
Resisting arrest – At 3:24 p.m. July 10, police were conducting an investigation on McArthur and Washington streets in North Cornwall Township when Jacob Milusnic, 38, resisted arrest when being taken into custody for a probation violation. Police charged Milusnic with misdemeanor resisting arrest.
Public drunkenness – At 11:37 p.m. June 26, police responded to the 600 block of Elizabeth Street in North Lebanon Township for a disturbance. Police said a 24-year-old man fled the home prior to police arrival and was found hiding in the woods while intoxicated. Police transported him home and charged him with summary public drunkenness.
DUI – At 7:25 p.m. May 20, police pulled over a vehicle on the 1100 block of Quentin Road in North Cornwall Township and found the driver, Juana Gonzalez-Lavendera, 61, to be under the influence of alcohol. Police placed her under arrest for DUI and charged her with two counts of misdemeanor DUI-alcohol or controlled substance.
Drug possession – At 10:20 p.m. April 14, police pulled over a vehicle in the area of Quittapahilla Drive at West Locust Street in North Cornwall Township for a traffic violation. Police said the driver, Adrienne Lancia, 59, was in possession of three types of controlled substances, a small amount of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Police charged Lancia with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of a small amount of marijuana, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and summary general lighting requirements.
Attempt to identify – The Lebanon County Regional Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the pictured suspect and/or the owner of the pictured pickup truck involved in a theft from a porch on the 400 block of North 22nd Street in West Lebanon Township. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 717-273-8141 or submit a tip through CRIMEWATCH.
North Londonderry Township
Vehicle accident – At 12:26 p.m. Aug. 13, a vehicle driven by a 16-year-old Palmyra girl stopped for the stop sign on Fir Street, then traveled west across South Forge Road. The girl did not see a vehicle driven by a 58-year-old Elizabethtown man, accompanied by a 26-year-old man, traveling south on South Forge Road, and they collided. No injuries were reported. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
South Lebanon Township
Harassment – On June 17, police investigated a complaint involving photographs that were shared without the consent of the person depicted. The investigation identified Joseph Flores, 30, as the subject allegedly responsible for sending the photographs to others. Police charged Flores with misdemeanor harassment-communicates lewd, lascivious, threatening, or obscene material.
Resident alert: Vehicle entries and thefts – South Lebanon Township Police are investigating a series of incidents involving attempted vehicle entries, vehicles entered, items stolen from vehicles, and a stolen vehicle that was later recovered. Incidents occurred in and around Esther, Rockledge, and Meadow drives and Progress Avenue.
Police are asking residents in these areas to review doorbell, security, and exterior camera footage from Aug. 15 to 16 for suspicious persons, vehicles, or activity. If you find anything that might be helpful to the investigation, please provide the video to South Lebanon Township Police and include the location where the footage was recorded. Even something that seems insignificant may help establish a timeline or direction of travel.
These incidents are an important reminder to make your vehicle a difficult target.
- Remove valuables, wallets, purses, electronics, firearms, and other belongings from the vehicle.
- Never leave your key or key fob inside the vehicle.
- Close all windows and doors.
- Lock the vehicle — every time, even when it is parked at home.
- If you see suspicious activity, report it promptly.
South Londonderry Township
Vehicle accident – At 11:19 a.m. Aug. 18, a 2013 Nissan Sentra driven by a 24-year-old Philadelphia woman was traveling west in the left lane of I-76. The road was being resurfaced and had uneven travel lanes, and the Nissan lost control on an uneven transition and yawed counterclockwise before striking the center concrete barrier. The driver was not wearing a seatbelt and sustained abrasions to her hands and wrists.
Vehicle accident – At 11:40 p.m. Aug. 13, a 2019 Lexus LS500H driven by a 52-year-old Carlisle man was heading west in the left lane of I-76 in an active construction zone, with the right lane closed. The man traveled into the narrow left-hand shoulder and struck the concrete barrier. The man brought the Lexus to a controlled rest on the right-hand shoulder. The man was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries. H&S Towing and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission safety patrol assisted.
DUI crash, reckless driving – At 9:01 p.m. May 30, police took Aidan Caudill, 21, of Palmyra, into custody for suspicion of DUI after he crashed his friend’s vehicle down an embankment on the 900 block of Mine Road. Caudill was traveling east on Mine Road while performing a continuous burnout for friends who were watching nearby. Caudill’s BAC was 0.127% at the time of the crash.
Western Lebanon County Regional
DUI – At 2:30 p.m. July 15, police responded to the 800 block of East Main Street in Palmyra for an erratic driver. Police located and identified the driver as James Heffley II, 45, and found him to be intoxicated. Police arrested Heffley for DUI. Heffley’s BAC was 0.235% at the time of the incident. On Aug. 13, police charged Heffley with felony DUI-highest rate of alcohol, third offense, and misdemeanor DUI-incapable of safe driving, third offense.
