Observed prepared food in a pot stored directly on the floor in the prep area, rather than 6 inches off the floor as required.

The handwashing sink in the prep area was blocked by pots that were on the floor in front of the sink.

Observed wiping cloths in extremely unclean condition being hung outside of the facility along the street.

Only one item in the facility was dated, and that item was dated incorrectly. Mango smoothies had no dates or labels.

Observed clean food equipment in prep area, stored wet in a manner that did not allow for draining and/or air drying (wet nesting).
