Quest, Inc. is hiring compassionate and dependable professionals to support adults with intellectual disabilities and autism throughout Lebanon County.
Current openings include:
- Development Trainer: Support participants in Quest’s Adult Training Day Program as they develop new skills, work toward individualized goals, and participate in community activities.
- Employment Specialist: Help individuals identify their employment interests, prepare for work, find job opportunities, and succeed through on-site training and continued support.
- Habilitation Specialist: Provide individualized, community-based and in-home support to help participants strengthen life skills, increase independence, and become more involved in their communities.
Ideal candidates are patient, encouraging, responsible, and committed to helping others succeed. Depending on the position, responsibilities may include providing transportation, assisting with personal care, completing documentation, supporting community activities, and following individualized service plans.
A high school diploma or GED is required. Human services experience and related education are preferred for certain positions. Applicants must meet the requirements listed for their selected position, which may include a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license, automobile insurance, acceptable clearances, and reliable transportation.
