Anna M. Wentworth, 98, of Lebanon and formerly of Strausstown, died peacefully on Saturday, Aug. 29, 2026, at Stoneridge Poplar Run, Myerstown.
Born in Strausstown, Anna was the daughter of the late Harvey and Esther Anthony Balthaser. She was a 1946 graduate of Hamburg High School. Anna was the wife of the late Lowell E. Wentworth, who died in 2011. For many years, she worked as a bookkeeper and secretary for the Lebanon County Area Vocational Technical School. Anna enjoyed spending time in the outdoors and engaged in bird watching throughout the years.
Surviving are her son, Clayton C. Kleinfelter, of Lebanon; and stepson, Lance Wentworth, of Lititz, and his son, Connor Wentworth. Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents and husband, are her granddaughter, Stacy E. Kleinfelter; stepdaughter-in-law, Christy Wentworth; brother, Ralph Balthaser; and sisters, Grace Edwards and Ruth Dinkel.
Services for Anna will be private and at the convenience of the family. Private interment will be in Machpelah Cemetery, Lititz. Buch Funeral Home, Lititz, is in charge of arrangements.
