Doris J. Knepp, 72, of Annville, passed away on Monday, Sept. 28, 2026, at Cedar Haven. She was the wife of the late Nelson Knepp.
Born in Lebanon on Aug. 23, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Richard R. Sr. and June L. (Fuhrman) Custer. Doris loved playing cards and bingo, watching The Price Is Right and Days of Our Lives. She especially loved listening to Elvis.
She is survived by her daughter, Treva J., wife of Lincoln D. Samuelson, of Annville; brothers, Kenneth E. Custer, of Fredericksburg, and Brian R. Custer, of Annville; sisters, Esther “Sue” Way, of Lebanon, and Lottie J. Blimline, of Jonestown; grandchildren, Connor Samuelson and Austin (Alison) Samuelson; and great-grandchildren, Nolan and Maverick. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Dylan Samuelson; and brothers, Richard R. Custer Jr. and Brian R. Custer.
Services to honor Doris will be held at the convenience of the family.
