Duane L. Dupler, 59, of Palmyra, passed away on Monday, Sept. 7, 2026, at Hershey Medical Center. He was the husband of Brenda (Payetta) Dupler. Born in Lancaster on Jan. 25, 1967, Duane was a son of the late Kenneth and Margaret (Strickler) Dupler.

Duane was a hard worker. He worked as an EIFF installer for 24 years with Finish Line Construction. When he wasn’t working, he enjoyed watching NASCAR, the Pittsburgh Steelers, and Penn State football, but he enjoyed working on his 2014 Roadrunner Challenger the most.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Nicole Hirons; grandchildren, Isabelle Steel and Deegan Hughs; great-grandchild, Oakland Hughs; sisters, Denise Kidd and Deborah Wolfgang; brothers, Gary Scheaffer, Dennis Kimmel, Keith Scheaffer, and Kenneth Dupler Jr.; and many nieces and nephews.
