Leslie E. “Chuck” Howard, 56, of Lebanon, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 30, 2026, at his residence.
Born on Sept. 2, 1969, in Hershey, he was the son of the late Kenneth and Grace (Ruhl) Howard. He worked as a produce manager at the Giant on Bowman Street in Lebanon. Chuck enjoyed metal and rock music, playing horror video games, cooking, working hard for what he had, and enjoying the benefits of his hard labor. He loved his dog, Jax, was an avid pool shark, and was very tech-savvy. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family.
He is survived by his daughter, Cortney R. Howard, of Sebring, FL; son, Corey Boltz, of Lebanon; and brothers, Kevin and Kelly Howard.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2026, from 5-7 p.m., at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Jonestown.
