Loretta A. Watson-Beckley, 94, of Lebanon, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2026. She was the wife of the late Robert E. Watson, who passed away on Nov. 6, 1981.

Loretta was born in Wilkes-Barre on Nov. 13, 1931, to the late Albert and Helen (Smee) Stanakenas. She was a 1950 Edwardsville High School graduate and a graduate of Wilkes-Barre Business College. She worked for Lebanon Valley College in admissions and was a secretary for Catholic Charities, where she retired. Loretta was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. She enjoyed word search books and skiing and was an avid reader.

Loretta is survived by her sons, David J. Watson, and his wife, Cheryl, of Linglestown, and Michael R. Watson, and his wife, Denise, of Lebanon; grandchildren, Christopher, Robert, Joshua, Alexandra, and Matthew; and great-grandchildren, Colin, Phoebe, Evie, and Emma. She was preceded in death by her sister, Elizabeth Suchy.

Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
