Louisa W. Tambornino, beloved 6-year-old daughter of Mark Wolstenholme and Angelica Tambornino, passed away quietly in her bed on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2026.
Louisa was born in Hershey on March 5, 2020. She had many challenges throughout her short life, but she was filled with light and joy. Louisa loved being with her family, going to school, listening to music, and spending time outside. She was always very affectionate towards her family, and very patient and loving with her younger sisters.
Surviving, in addition to her parents, are her loving sisters, Heidi and Autumn Tambornino; paternal grandparents, Paul and Linda (Lawrence) Wolstenholme; maternal grandmother, Laurel (Weber) McDermott, and her husband, Greg. Louisa was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Gregory R. Tambornino.
Services will be privately held.
