Rita H. Morrissey, 90, of Lebanon, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 19, 2026, at home. She was the loving wife of the late Frederick R. Morrissey.
Born in Lebanon, PA, on July 23, 1936, Rita was a daughter of the late Clarence and Helen (Waldfogle) McKinney. She enjoyed going to church and was a member of the Church of St. Cecilia. She loved spending time with her family and especially her dogs. She was also an avid Phillies and Eagles fan.
She is survived by her children, Robin L. Delgado, Daryl Birch, David Birch, and Christopher Birch; grandchildren, Thomas Birch, Larry Krall, and Jamie Krall; and nephews, Matt and Steve Klinger.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Judy Yamshak and Sherry Klinger; uncle, George Waldfogle; and niece, Leigh Tomecek.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2026, at St. Cecilia’s Church, 120 E. Lehman St., Lebanon PA, 17046. Interment will follow at St. Gertrude’s Cemetery. Viewing hours will be held prior to Mass from 10-11 a.m. at the church.
