Kimberly Michelle Chadwick, 31, of Shamokin, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2023, at her home.

Born in Lebanon on Oct. 7, 1992, she was the daughter of Lori A. (Yordy) Tarhouni, of Allentown, and Christopher Chadwick, of Lebanon.

Kim worked as a cook for Frog’s Hollow Tavern.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her son, Michael Lantz III, and daughter, Jessica Trejo, both at home; brother, Christopher Chadwick Jr., of Bethel; sister, Cheyenne B. Chadwick, of Bethel; and stepmother, Yanira Torres, of Lebanon.

Services will be at the convenience of the family.
