Simple assault, possession of an instrument of crime – Police charged Aleysha Miranda, 19, after responding to a domestic disturbance on April 15.

DUI – Police charged Dorian Villanueva-Veliz, 28, after a traffic stop on March 17.

Firearm, drug charges – Police charged Junior Estevez, 26, with person not to possess a firearm, firearms not to be carried without a license, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, maximum speed limits, and careless driving after a traffic stop on March 31.

Arrest warrant – On April 11, police issued an arrest warrant against Averyon Hill, 20, with the original charge being possession of a controlled substance.

Open container – Police charged a 39-year-old man on April 10 in the area of South 10th and Oak streets.

Public drunkenness – Police charged a 35-year-old man at 2:14 a.m. April 13 on the 400 block of Freeman Street.

Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 43-year-old man at 6:43 p.m. April 13 on the 1000 block of Cumberland Street.

Public drunkenness – Police charged a 50-year-old man at 6:43 p.m. April 13 on the 1000 block of Cumberland Street.

DUI, one-way roadways – Police charged Gustavo Velazquez, 24, after a traffic stop on Feb. 25.

DUI, driving while suspended – Police charged Aryanna Batista, 21, after a traffic stop on March 10.

Jackson Township

Vehicle accident – At 8:11 a.m. April 15, a 2001 Volkswagen Super Beetle driven by a 22-year-old Myerstown man was traveling north on Kutztown Road while a 2010 Mazda CX9 driven by a 46-year-old Myerstown woman was traveling south. The Volkswagen turned left, crossing in front of the Mazda, which struck the Volkswagen. The Mazda continued south and struck a 2005 Saturn Vue, which was parked in a parking lot. The Volkswagen and the Mazda sustained disabling damage. The Saturn sustained minor damage. The man was wearing a seatbelt and reported no injuries. The woman was wearing a seatbelt, sustained a suspected minor injury, and was transported via Myerstown First Aid Unit to the Hershey Medical Center. Police charged the Myerstown man with vehicle turning left.

North Cornwall Township

Drug and firearm charges – At 5:10 p.m. Feb. 25, police charged Trey Fox-Reich, 23, of Lebanon, with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, and charged Dajour Harrison, 27, of Lebanon, with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without a license, and carrying a firearm without a license, after an incident on Quentin Road.

Vehicle accident – At 11:29 p.m. March 24, police responded to West Cumberland Street for a crash involving two vehicles with no injuries. The vehicles were driven by a 21-year-old Lebanon woman and a 35-year-old Lebanon man. Both vehicles were towed.

Disorderly conduct – At 10:15 a.m. March 27, police charged a 21-year-old Myerstown man after an incident at Ruby Tuesday.

Vehicle accident – At 5:54 a.m. March 27, police responded to Cornwall Road and Isabel Drive for a crash. The vehicles were driven by a 53-year-old Lebanon man and a 42-year-old Lebanon man. No injuries were reported.

Retail theft – At 12:12 p.m. March 28, police charged a 41-year-old Lebanon man after an incident at Tractor Supply.

Vehicle accident – At 6:53 p.m. March 29, police responded to Springwood Drive for a single-vehicle crash. A vehicle driven by a 23-year-old Miller Place, New York, woman was traveling west on Springwood Drive and struck a curb, deploying airbags. No injuries were reported. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Disorderly conduct, driving while suspended – At 1:27 a.m. March 31, police charged a 36-year-old Lebanon man after an incident on Quentin Road.

Vehicle accident – At 5:25 p.m. April 1, police responded to Quentin Road for a two-vehicle crash. The vehicles were both driven by Lebanon men. No injuries were reported. One vehicle was towed from the scene.

Retail theft – At 2:22 p.m. April 2, police charged a 25-year-old Lebanon woman after an incident at Target.

Retail theft – At 11:23 a.m. April 4, police charged Cassondra Tirado, 34, of Lebanon, after an incident at Target.

Shooting investigation – Around 12:04 a.m. April 16, police responded to the 2100 block of Penn Street for reports of shots fired. North Cornwall Township police are asking those living in and around the Oak Hills Development to review cameras around that time and report any findings or other information regarding this incident to the police department at 717-274-0464. No further information was available as of a April 17 release.

North Londonderry Township

Recklessly endangering another person – Police charged Tyler Thomas, 30, of Palmyra, after accidentally discharging his firearm inside the Palmyra Bowling Center. No one was injured.

Palmyra Borough

Warrant served – Around 4:47 p.m. April 15, while out at the Dutch Motel, 500 E. Main St., police came into contact with Anthony Bleecker, 35, who was known to have a warrant out of the Lebanon County Sheriff’s Department for failure to appear (sentencing), with the original charge being recklessly endangering another person. Bleecker was taken into custody and transported to LCCB.

Public drunkenness – Around 9:45 p.m. April 6, police responded to the 200 block of East Oak Street for a report of a domestic dispute. When police arrived, officers made contact with the involved parties, one of whom was identified as a 33-year-old man who was visibly intoxicated. Despite being warned numerous times to stay on his property, the man entered the road and continued arguing with officers. He was placed in handcuffs and escorted back into his home. On April 8, a non-traffic citation was filed with MDJ Warner’s office, charging him with summary public drunkenness.

Warrants served and new charges filed following traffic stop – At 12:34 a.m. April 4, police pulled over a vehicle on the 500 block of West Main Street for multiple traffic violations. The driver was later identified as Derek Ruiz, 31, although he provided police with false information about his identity and then attempted to flee the scene. During the arrest, Ruiz was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. It was determined that Ruiz had six bench warrants out of Lebanon, Berks, Union, and Clinton counties, and a suspended driver’s license, and he was operating with counterfeit inspection stickers. Ruiz was transported to LCCB on the warrants and then separate charges — misdemeanor possession of controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor flight to avoid apprehension, misdemeanor evading arrest on foot, misdemeanor resisting arrest, misdemeanor counterfeit documents, misdemeanor false ID to law enforcement, summary driving while suspended (DUI-related), and five other summary traffic violations — were filed through MDJ Warner’s office.

DUI, careless driving – Around 8:13 p.m. March 9, police responded to the 100 block of West Main Street for a report of a crash. Police determined that one of the drivers, Kaitlyn Spitler, 31, was under the influence of alcohol. Spitler was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI and transported to WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital for a legal blood draw. On April 8, the lab results came in, and Spitler’s BAC was 0.141% at the time of the crash. On April 9, a criminal complaint was filed with MDJ Garver’s office, charging Spitler with two counts of misdemeanor DUI and one count of summary careless driving.

South Londonderry Township

Vehicle accident – At 5:43 p.m. April 12, police responded to the 00 block of Landings Drive after a pickup truck driven by a 71-year-old Lebanon man struck a landscaping boulevard. No injuries were reported. The pickup truck was driven from the scene.

Vehicle accident, expired inspection – On April 11, a truck with a trailer driven by a 66-year-old Palmyra man drifted back into a Ford SUV driven by a 32-year-old Harrisburg woman at the intersection of Colebrook and Lawn roads. The woman was transported via First Aid and Safety Patrol of Lebanon to Hershey Medical Center for a minor injury. Her vehicle was towed from the scene. Police charged the Palmyra man with expired inspection.

Swatara Township

Theft by deception – Sometime between March 1 and March 3, someone used a 61-year-old Jonestown woman’s debit card without authorization.
