Here are the most recent food safety violations in Lebanon County, as documented by Pennsylvania’s Department of Agriculture.

Inspections are taken as a “snapshot” of the day and time, and should not necessarily be taken as overall indicators of an establishment’s cleanliness. Violations are often corrected prior to the inspector leaving the site. Restaurants were found to be in compliance unless otherwise noted.

The interior parts of two ice machines, which are food contact surfaces, were observed to have a very significant amount of black and yellow residue; they were not clean to sight and touch. This condition was observed on 9/4/2020 and shown to the management while the facility was being inspected for property maintenance issues.

Leak in the walk-in cooler that needs to be repaired.

Walk-in cooler has mold on several surfaces.

Hand wash sink in deli ware washing area is blocked by equipment and contains a hose.

Duct tape is used to repair door handle on true refrigeration unit in prep area.

Observed ice in wait staff dedicated hand wash sink: Observed ice and single use gloves in dedicated hand wash sink at cook line area. Indications that hand wash sinks are used for purposes other than hand washing.
