Viola H. Kline (Wike), 90, of Lebanon, passed away on Thursday, March 4, 2021, in the comfort of her home. She was recently predeceased by her husband, Earl M. Kline, on Feb. 6, 2021.

Viola was born in Lebanon on Sept. 21, 1930, to the late George and Edna Wike. She was one of nine children, being predeceased by all of her other siblings.

Viola had many interests. One of her favorite things to do was cook food and a lot of it! She always made sure no one went away hungry. She was well known for her famous cheesesteak sandwiches, California burgers, and baked beans, just a few of her family favorites. No matter where she went, she would always get requests to make these foods for a picnic or party.

She was also appreciated for her “miracle green thumb”. She could take an almost dead and dried-up stick and get it to regrow back into a green and colorful plant in no time. Not only did she have a special touch for plants and gardening, but also for kids. She always made sure that no one would get left out of getting a present or special gift, and lots of them! She will be missed and always remembered.

Surviving are her adult children, Richard Kline, of Syracuse, NY, William and Laurie Kline, daughter Gloria Kline, Michael Kline, and Harold Kline, Jr. all of Lebanon, PA as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Harold Kline, Sr.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 11, 2021, at 11:00 a.m at Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 618 E. Main Street, Annville. Interment will be in Grand View Memorial Park, Annville.
