Subsidized pet-care events to offer spay & neuter, vaccine services in Lebanon Co.
Lebanon County will be the site of two subsidized medical care events for pets in late April. No Nonsense Neutering will provide low-cost spay and neuter services for cats, while the Rotary Club of Palmyra will sponsor a pet vaccination clinic.
