Cornwall Borough

Fugitive – Paul R. Dunn, age 33, was taken into custody January 1st, 10:30 PM, after police were called to a residence at 645 Aspen Lane where he was renting a room and a records check revealed 11 outstanding warrants from Cumberland County ranging from ID theft to criminal conspiracy. He was transported to Central Booking.

North Cornwall Township

12-08-2019 at 0110 – 1900 block of Quentin Road, Kaylee M. Hernandez-Molina, 33, Lebanon was charged with DUI, after police checked on a vehicle partially parked on a roadway with the four ways activated.

01-04-2020 at 1443 – 500 block of South Mill Street, a 79-year-old Lebanon man was traveling north on South Mill Street through the curves and lost control of his vehicle on the wet roadways. His vehicle slid across the road, struck a sign and bent the post. His vehicle sustained minor damage, no injuries reported.

01-04-2020 at 1253 – McDonald’s, Quentin Road – a 77-year-old Lebanon man struck a vehicle driven by a 41-year-old Richland woman as he was backing out of a parking space. Minor damage to both vehicles, no injuries reported.

01-05-2020 at 0833 – Bagel Rack, 1900 block West Cumberland Street – a 28-year-old Lebanon man was parked in a parking spot and was struck by a vehicle driven by a 64-year-old Lebanon man as he was backing into his parking space. Both vehicles suffered minor damage no injuries reported.

North Lebanon Township

Retail Theft – Beth Hartung, a 44-year-old Lebanon woman, and David Brearley, a 42-year-old Columbia woman, were charged with retail theft after an incident that occurred on Oct. 2, 2019, at Hobby Lobby, Lebanon Valley Mall after failing to pay for $694 worth of merchandise.

Theft & Retail Theft – Skylar Miller, a 25-year-old Lebanon man, and Lucille Garrard, a 21-year-old woman, were charged with theft after taking items from a shopping cart on the Lebanon Walmart parking on November 2, valued at $143 and also for failing to scan items valued at $8.16.

Union Township

On Dec. 26 at 8:35 p.m., on SR 72 in Union Township, a traffic stop conducted by members of PSP-Jonestown yielded the seizure of marijuana and additional drug paraphernalia. Charges for the accused, a 24-year-old Lebanon man, have been filed in Magisterial District Court 52-3-04.

West Cornwall Township

Accident – Occurred Friday, 7:56 PM, on SR 322 neat the PennDOT Shed. A 21-year-old Cleona man was westbound when he swerved to avoid a deer that ran onto the roadway. His vehicle ran off the roadway and came to rest in a field. No injuries. Vehicle sustained severe front end damage and was towed.

Accident – Occurred Tuesday, 3:53 PM on Butler Road just south of SR 322. Vehicles driven by a 23-year-old Lebanon man; and a 50-year-old Elizabethtown man. No injuries. Both vehicles drivable.
