The Western Lebanon County Regional Police Department has identified a suspect in a Jan. 7 hit-and-run in a Palmyra residential neighborhood. The incident sent two people to hospital.
According to police, 32-year-old Tyreef Spears, no address given, is charged with an array of crimes, including accidents involving death or personal injury while not properly licensed.
Spears, who fled the scene on foot, remained at large as of publication time, police said.
A WLCRPD Crimewatch release said that “through investigation, the suspect was identified as Tyreef Spears. An arrest warrant was issued for Tyreef Spears on 2/4/2025 through District Judge Warner. Tyreef Spears is charged with Aggravated Assault by Vehicle (F3), Accidents Involving Death/Personal Injury (F3), Accidents Involving Death/Injury While Not Properly Licensed (F3), Criminal Trespass (F3), Evading Arrest on Foot (M2), 2 counts Accidents Involving Attended Vehicle or Property (M3), Possession of Marijuana (M), and 7 summary traffic violations.”

As of publication time, additional details were not available, and charging documents had not been filed with Magisterial District Judge David Warner.
