We at In the Net Sports Complex are proud to announce the addition of Jim Duquette as our new Baseball Ambassador. With over 25 years of experience in the baseball world, Jim brings extensive knowledge, experience, and passion for the game to our facility.

Jim has held multiple high-profile positions within the Major League Baseball franchise. Notably, he spent 14 years with the New York Mets working numerous positions from scouting to Assistant General Manager. He was promoted to General Manager for the Mets for the 2003 and 2004 seasons. Jim later moved on to be the co-General Manager of the Baltimore Orioles from 2006-2007.

Jim’s experience goes far beyond the front office. For over 17 years, he has been a baseball analyst for SiriusXM Radio, where he provides insight on and analysis on the game of baseball. Jim and partner, Mike Ferris collaborate on the popular SiriusXM radio show Power Alley.

Prior to his front office and media work, Jim was a standout baseball player at Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts, where he further developed his passion for the game.

Jim’s role at In the Net will consist of coaching, programming, and instructing at camps, clinics and showcases for the Central Penn Renegades. Jim will help guide the youth players through the stages of their career, starting with travel ball, high school, and then prepare them for college and beyond. With Jim’s vast knowledge of not just the fundamentals of the game, but of the inner workings of college recruiting, major league scouting and management of teams, Jim brings with him experience that he will share with the players from all facets of the sport.
