Frank J. Osborne, Jr., 67, of Fredericksburg, passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2020, at his home. For 26 years, he has been the companion of Louise V. Dalesandro.
Born in West Virginia on September 19, 1952, he was the son of the late Frank J., Sr., and Marjorie Gross Osborne.
Frank had worked for a rubber manufacturing company in NJ. When he moved to PA, he then worked in the kitchen at Indiantown Gap.
In addition to Louise, he is survived by her children, Kevin and his wife Heather Dalesandro of Howell, NJ; her daughter Danielle Daukshus of Harrisburg; her two grandchildren Christos and Isabella; sisters Ilene, Sue, Sandra, Glenna, and Anita and a brother Kenneth.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
