Cornwall Borough

Burglary
A resident in the 300 block of Rexmont Road reported Friday that a the garage to the rear of her property was entered recently and four impact driver tools were stolen. No loss estimate was provided pending the victim getting more information regarding the tools.

Heidelberg Township

Reported by the Pennsylvania State Police Jonestown Patrol Unit on February 20 at 11:56am. Incident on Oak Street. Arrestees were a 20 year old Schaefferstown man and an 18 year old Schaefferstown man.

On the above date and time, Troopers responded to the 400 block of Oak Street in Heidelberg Township, Lebanon County, PA, for the report of an interior alarm at a residence. Around the same time, two men were reported being seen running from the rear of a residence in the same area. Upon arrival, Troopers discovered the rear glass door of a residence was smashed. Troopers were able to follow foot prints in the snow and identify possible suspects. A few hours later, numerous interviews and further tracking in the snow led to the arrest of two men for committing the burglary. An empty Iphone box was stolen from the Victim’s residence and recovered near the scene. Both actors were charged accordingly.

North Lebanon Township

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
A 26 year old Cleona woman was charged with driving under the influence after a motor vehicle accident in the 3200 block of Tunnelhill Road on February 2, 2019, at 3:00 a.m.

SIMPLE ASSAULT
A 22 year old Lebanon man was charged with simple assault and harassment after an incident that occurred on February 19, 2019. The incident occurred at his residence.

RETAIL THEFT
A 37 year old Annville woman was charged with 3 counts of retail theft after incidents that occurred between January 10 – 14, 2019, at Hobby Lobby, Lebanon Valley Mall after taking merchandise valued at $663.

RETAIL THEFT
A 31 year old Hershey man was charged with retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident that occurred at the Lebanon Wal-Mart on February 23, 2019, after failing to pay for $252 worth of merchandise.

RETAIL THEFT
A 22 year old Lebanon man was charged with retail theft after an incident that occurred on February 22, 2019, at the Lebanon Wal-Mart after failing to pay for $381 worth of merchandise.

West Cornwall Township

Accident
Occurred Tuesday, 8:55 AM, on SR 72, just south of SR 419. Vehicles driven by a 42 year old Myerstown man; and a 20 year old West Cornwall man. No injuries. Both vehicles drivable.

Accident
Occurred Saturday, 5:07 AM, in front of 2530 Quentin Road. Vehicles driven by a 24 year old Manheim man. Vehicle was towed.

Assault
A 17 year old girl has been charged with aggravated assault for an incident December 18th, 7:15 PM, at Wellspan Philhaven, 283 S. Butler Road, where she was a patient. The youth slammed a female psychiatric aide against the wall causing her to strike her head and suffer a concussion. Charge was filed with the Lebanon County Juvenile Probation Department.
