Here are the most recent food safety violations in Lebanon County, as documented by Pennsylvania’s Department of Agriculture.

Inspections are taken as a “snapshot” of the day and time, and should not necessarily be taken as overall indicators of an establishment’s cleanliness. Violations are often corrected prior to the inspector leaving the site. Restaurants were found to be in compliance unless otherwise noted.

Food was held at 48 – 49 °F, in the bottom of the bain marie, rather than 41°F or below as required. Several items requiring Time/Temperature Control were discarded.

Observed several wooden boards with black residue and not clean to sight and touch.

Observed several floor tiles in disrepair around floor drain under prep/caustic table & oven.

2 – 501.11 Clean-up of vomiting and diarrheal events
Facility does not have written procedures for employees to follow when responding to an event involving vomitus or fecal matter discharge onto surfaces within the facility.

Observed several plastic dough containers with cracks & holes, which is not smooth & easily cleanable.

Ambient air temperature measuring device for ensuring proper food storage in the pizza prep refrigerator is broken & is not accurate to +/- 3°F.

5 – 205.15 System Maintained in Good Repair
Plumbing system not maintained in good repair – observed handwash sink faucet leaking when water is turned off.

4 – 602.13 Nonfood-Contact Surfaces
Observed heavy dust accumulation on fan guards inside pizza prep refrigerator.
