Lebanon

A 35 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness and Transportation, Possession of Consumption in Public Places on 3-19-19 at 1941 hours on the 100 block of Guilford Street.

A 23 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on 3-15-19 at 2240 hours on the 300 block of N. 14th Street.

A 28 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 3-17-19 at 0115 hours at 7th and Spring Streets.

A 62 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 3-20-19 at 2012 hours on the 100 block of N. 8th Street.

Charges of Endangering the Welfare of Children, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Accident Involving Damage to Unattended Vehicle or Property and Restrictions on Alcoholic Beverages have been filed against a 29 year old Lebanon woman after fleeing from a traffic accident on 2-05-19 at 2010 hours on the 800 block of Lehman Street. A witness followed her to 1200 block of Monroe Street where police had contact. Police allege she had her 3 year old daughter in the vehicle at the time of the incident and allege Her BAC was .244% at the time of the incident. No injuries were reported as a result of the accident. Charges have not yet been filed.

A 28 year old Lebanon man has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related), Endangering the Welfare of Children and Harassment after an incident on 3-16-19 at 2311 hours on the 1000 block of Guilford Street. Police allege he punched the 6 year old male causing minor injury and struck the 24 year old female causing minor injury. He was taken into custody and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Anthony Verna and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $25,000 bail.

A 59 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Terroristic Threats and Simple Assault (domestic violence related) after an incident on 3-19-19 at 1140 hours on the 400 block of Canal Street. He is accused of pointing a loaded gun at the victim and threatening to shoot her. The victim was not injured during this incident. He was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Carl Garver and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $15,000 bail.

A 28 year old Lebanon man has been charged with 3 counts of Indecent Exposure and 3 counts of Open Lewdness for exposing his penis in three different businesses within Lebanon City between December 14, 2018 and March 10, 2019. All three businesses were occupied when he is alleged to have exposed his penis. He was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Anthony Verna and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $50,000 bail.

A 32 year old Lebanon resident has been cited for Retail Theft after being accused of taking merchandise from a business on 2-24-19 at 1950 hours on the 400 block of S. 9th Street. Total loss to the merchant is $86.29.

A 37 year old Tremont woman has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on 3-22-19 at 0540 hours at 252 S. 4th Street.

North Londonderry

Upon completion of an investigation that occurred at 100 N. Londonderry Square over 3/5 to 3/19, the North Londonderry Township Police Department filed charges against a 47 year old Lebanon man for multiple incidents of retail theft. Charges were filed at Judge Garver’s office in Palmyra. Took a TV valued at $238 and miscellaneous merchandise valued at $187. Total $425.

South Lebanon

DUI Controlled Substance Arrest – A 29 year old Lebanon man was charged with Possession with Intent to Use drug paraphernalia and PA Title 75 DUI Controlled Substance after police received a report of a male driver slumped over the steering wheel in the 100 block of East Evergreen Road on February 27, at 0022 hours. Police arrived to find the man stopped in the eastbound lane of travel with his vehicle running. A toxicology report revealed he was under the influence of Fentanyl and Norfentanyl.

DUI Arrest – A 51 year old New Holland, PA man was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Highest rate > .16, after a police investigation into an incident that occurred on February 24, 2019 at 5:40 hours in the parking lot of Burger King located at 710 East Cumberland Street in Lebanon. Police were called to the restaurant for a complaint of the man’s vehicle stuck on the concrete curb in the drive thru area. His BAC was 0.213%. The legal limit is 0.08%.
