Here are the most recent food safety violations in Lebanon County, as documented by Pennsylvania’s Department of Agriculture.

Inspections are taken as a “snapshot” of the day and time, and should not necessarily be taken as overall indicators of an establishment’s cleanliness. Violations are often corrected prior to the inspector leaving the site. Restaurants were found to be in compliance unless otherwise noted.

Facility does have a certified employee, however this employee is not the PIC for all areas of the facility. Managers have 90 days to obtain certification, but plan to attend the ServSafe® Food Safety Manager course in April and have certification within 30 days.

Food facility operator failed to post an original, valid PDA Food Employee Certification in a location conspicuous to the consumer.

Meat cutting room does not have a three-compartment sink for manual warewashing. Owner plans to immediately utilize an alternate location/method for washing, rinsing and sanitizing in this department and then install a three-compartment sink within 90 days.
