City of Lebanon

Charges of Indecent Exposure, Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct have been filed against a 42 year old Lebanon man after an incident on 3-19-19 at 1533 hours on the 900 block of Guilford Street. A police officer noticed the man walking on the 900 block of Guilford Street naked from the waist down. Police accuse him of fleeing when the officer attempted contact. He was apprehended on the 700 block of Guilford Street. Due to his level of intoxication and suspected drug use he was transported to a local medical facility for treatment. Charges filed.

A 28 year old Lebanon man has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) after an incident on 3-19-19 at 1230 hours on the 700 block of Guilford Street. He is accused of causing bruising and minor injury to the 21 year old victim by pinching and twisting the skin on her neck while pushing her backwards causing her to fall over furniture. He was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Carl Garver and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $5,000 bail.

A 17 year old female from Lebanon has been cited for Curfew on 3-23-19 at 0414 hours on the 600 block of Quentin Road.

A 19 year old Wernersville man has been cited for Purchase, Consumption, Possession or Transportation of Liquor or Malt or Brewed Beverages on 3-23-19 at 0046 hours at 9th and Cumberland Streets.

A 22 year old North Cornwall Township woman has been cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on 3-15-19 at 2338 hours on the 1400 block of Willow Street.

A 23 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on 3-16-19 at 0253 hours on the 00 block of E. Weidman Street.

A 33 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on 3-15-19 at 2211 hours on the 200 block of N. 8th Street.

East Hanover

Both Unit #1, a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 driven by a 40 year old Monroe, NY man, and Unit #2, a 2008 Freightliner driven by a 31 year old Reading man, were traveling south on I81 southbound on March 25 around 11:13pm. Unit #1 was in the left lane and Unit #2 was in the right lane. Unit #1 was just ahead of Unit #2. Unit #1 for an unknown reason traveled into the right lane from the left lane, and in doing so struck the front left corner of Unit #2, causing damage to the headlight assembly and front bumper. After impact, Unit #1 traveled in a north direction where it spun off the roadway and onto the shoulder coming to its final position of rest facing south. Unit #2 came to a stop on the right shoulder. No witnesses were identified while on scene.

Jackson

This crash occurred on March 25 around 5:13am on S. College St as Unit #1, a 1999 Toyota Tacoma driven by a 24 year old Reinholds woman, was traveling south and Unit #2, a 2011 Subaru Forester, was traveling north on SR 501. Unit #1 crossed over the center lines and traveled into the northbound lane where it hit Unit #2 head on. Upon initial impact Unit #1 rolled over approximately two times, in the southbound lane, where it came to its position of final rest. Unit #2 was traveling north on SR 501 when it was struck head on by Unit #1. After impact Unit #2 was forced off the roadway and struck a tree, causing Unit #2 to roll over of the way over coming to its position of final rest with its passenger side resting against a utility pole. No witnesses were identified while on the scene. Bother operators were transported via ambulance to Hershey Medical Center for further treatment. Assisted on scene by Trooper DAHLER, Schaefferstown Ambulance, Myerstown Ambulance, Keystone Hook and Ladder, and CJ Wagner Towing.

CHESTNUT ST @ VALENTINE ALLEY – LEBANON
An 18 year old Lebanon woman was attempting to make a left hand turn onto Chestnut Street from Valentine Alley. She did not have clear visibility of eastbound traffic and pulled into a 25 year old Jonestown man. No injuries were reported, the woman’s vehicle had to be towed.

1261 QUENTIN RD – LEBANON
KOHL’S DEPARTMENT STORE
A 33 year old Lebanon woman was charged with Retail Theft ($58.68) after taking toys and cosmetics, concealing the items and leaving the store without paying for the merchandise. A 26 year old Wrightsville, PA woman was charged with Retail Theft ($102.00) concealed jewelry and cosmetics and left the store without paying for the items she concealed.

Center @ S 16TH ST – LEBANON
Traffic stop for an incomplete stop; a 41 year old man with unknown address, a passenger in the vehicle, was found to have an active warrant for burglary out of Blair County. Blair County requested he be transported to Lebanon County Central Booking.

North Londonderry

On March 25 around 10:15pm a 81 year old resident of North Londonderry Twp. was scammed out of $1,100 after she received a phone call from a person who said they were calling from Microsoft and told her she had a virus on her computer. The victim ended up buying 11 ($100) Google Play gift cards and then providing the card numbers to the person who said they were from Microsoft. Police urged everyone to be cautions as Microsoft will not call you soliciting business and will not demand payment via gift cards.
