Cornwall Borough

Deer Struck – a 21 year old Cleona man struck deer Tuesday, 8:42 PM, as he was traveling north on SR 72 in the vicinity of North Cornwall Road. No injuries. Vehicle required towing. The deer was deceased.

THEFT-$200 AND OVER-RETAIL THEFT

KOHL’S DEPARTMENT STORE
Four female juveniles, (three 17/one 15 years of age) were cited for Retail Theft after they took assorted clothing and shoes and left the store without paying for the items. Value of merchandise: $141.63.

North Londonderry Township

A Lebanon woman was charged with two counts of Retail Theft (Misdemeanor) and one count of Retail Theft (Summary) for three separate thefts. On March 23 she failed to pay for 58 items valued at $461.43. On March 16, 2019 she failed to pay for items valued at $246.96 and on March 22 she failed to pay for items valued at $138.00. Thefts occurred at Walmart.

West Cornwall Township

Accident – Occurred Monday, 2:34 PM, on the lot at 283 S. Butler Road.  Vehicles driven by a 27 year old Lebanon man; and a 53 year old Hummelstown woman. No injuries. Both vehicles were drivable.

Assault – a 55 year old West Cornwall Township man was arrested on a charge of simple assault-domestic violence for an incident at his residence Tuesday evening involving a 60 year old female. He was arraigned at Central Booking and placed in Lebanon County Prison on $5000 bail.
