City of Lebanon
A 41 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 5-08-19 at 1950 hours on the 00 block of N. 8th Ave.
Jerald Jackson a 51 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) after an incident on 5-05-19 at 1955 hours on the 700 block of Willow Street. Jackson is accused of punching the 43 year old victim causing minor injury to her head. Jackson was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ John Ditzler and released on $5,000 unsecured bail.
A charge of Furnishing a Drug Free Urine has been filed against Steven Bartell a 31 year old Annville resident after being accused of attempting to provide drug free urine by secreting the urine on his body during a meeting with Lebanon County Probation Officers on 4-18-19 at 1700 hours at 508 Oak Street.
A charge of Simple Assault has been filed against Kacey Stewart a 20 year old Lebanon resident after an incident on 4-18-19 at 1325 hours on the 800 block of Union Street. Stewart is accused of punching the 26 year old victim several times on her head and face causing injury after a verbal argument.
Charges of Accident Involving Damage to Attended Property or Vehicle and Careless Driving have been filed against 52 year old Colin Starks a New Holland resident after investigation into an accident that occurred on 3-09-19 at 1848 hours on the 600 block of N. 9th Street. Starks is accused of backing into an occupied vehicle causing minor damage to the vehicle then fleeing from the scene. No one was injured during the incident.
Sheila Clemens a 48 year old Albrightsville, PA resident has been charged with Arrest Prior to Requisition – Fugitive From Justice after contact with police on 5-09-19 at 1315 hours on the 400 block of N. 7th Street. Clemens is wanted by the Canadian County Sheriff’s Department in Oklahoma. She is wanted for Aggravated Trafficiking in Illegal Drugs. She was apprehended and transported to LCCB. She was arraigned before MDJ John Ditzler and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $100,000 bail.
Charges of Simple Assault and Criminal Mischief have been filed against Eric Starr a 33 year old Lebanon resident after an incident on 4-27-19 at 1500 hours on the 500 block of Canal Street. Starr is accused of striking the 22 year old victim causing minor injury to her head. He is also accused of throwing her to the ground and kicking her causing injury then throwing her phones to the ground breaking both phones. Charges filed.
North Lebanon Township
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE:
James Stone – age 28 – 123 Nettie Drive, Myerstown, PA was charged with Strangulation, Simple Assault, Harassment after an incident that occurred on May 7, 2019, at his residence.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:
Robert Shifflett – age 33 – East Petersburg, PA was charged with criminal mischief after smashing out a window while parked in the 1700 block of Route 72 North. The incident occurred on March 23, 2019.
THEFT BY DECEPTION:
Peter Cintron – age 26 – Harrisburg, PA was charged with theft by deception after an incident that occurred at the Fulton Bank, 1333 E. Lehman Street, on March 20, 2019, after attempting to make fraudulent deposits totaling $3,000.
South Londonderry Township
Brian Albert, age 61, of Annville, is charged with retail theft for stealing multiple cartons and packs of Marlboro cigarettes while working as a cashier for Speedway gas station. 5/7/2019
Lori Chambers 48 of Palmyra is charged with assaulting a 26 year old female by punching her in the head after a verbal argument took place at Chambers’ residence. 4/26/2019
Dwight Helmuth 77 of Palmyra is charged with Terrorist Threats, Simple Assault and Harassment after he approached a lawn care worker with a holstered gun. Helmut yelled at the worker in regards to his spouting while having his hand on his weapon during the exchange of words. The victim fled from the scene, unharmed. Helmuth was taken into custody without incident. Palmyra Borough and North Londonderry Township Police assisted with the call. 5/8/2019
A 23 year old Palmyra man reported heading south on Mt. Wilson Road when he got distracted and veered off the roadway striking a telephone pole. The vehicle had heavy damage and was towed from the scene. Lawn EMS responded to treat the occupants. 4/26/2019
West Cornwall
Theft – Occurred at the Speedway, 3190 Lebanon Road. On 5/5/19, at approx. 4:44 PM, the pictured male entered the store, went to a back room area, and stole 16 cartons of Marlboro cigarettes valued at $1300.00. The subject was operating a dark in color Nissan sedan. Anyone having information on the identity of the subject is asked to contact Cornwall Borough PD at 717-274-2071.
