A 21 year old Nassau, NY man is dead following a three vehicle fatal crash that occurred Sunday May 19 at 6:56pm on Interstate 81 northbound.
The crash took place around the area of mile marker 83 in East Hanover Township.
The crash occurred when Unit #1, a tractor-trailer was traveling southbound on the highway and entered the center median, crossing into the northbound lanes of travel.
