City of Lebanon
A 60 year old South Lebanon man has been cited for Harassment on 5-26-19 at 2213 hours on the 00 block of Pershing Avenue.
Mya Madsen a 54 year old Hershey resident has been charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Careless Driving and Accidents Involving Damage to Unattended Vehicle or Property after a traffic accident on 5-09-19 at 2045 hours at 12th and Cumberland Streets. Madsen is accusing of operating a vehicle and striking a parked vehicle and fleeing the scene. She was stopped after being followed from the scene. Police allege her BAC was .205 at the time of the stop.
Steve Jacobs a 32 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Terroristic Threats and Simple Assault (domestic violence related) after an incident on 6-03-19 at 1652 hours on the 500 block of N. 7th Street. Jacobs is accused of threatening assault the victim and to shoot the 35 year old victim after he told her he purchased a gun from another person. Jacobs was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Anthony Verna and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $15,000 bail.
Pamela Hankins a 54 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault, Possession of Instruments of Crime, Recklessly Endangering Another Person and Disorderly Conduct after an incident on 6-05-19 at 2005 hours on the 600 block of N. 12th Street. The victims had entered into a verbal argument near Hankinsโ residence, Hankins was not involved in the verbal dispute however, police allege she told the two victims she was going to get her gun. The victims stated Hankins emerged from her residence and pointed a loaded shotgun at the two and told them she would shoot them if they didnโt leave. No shots were fired and no one was injured as a result of the incident. Hankins was apprehended and the shotgun recovered. Hankins was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Anthony Verna. She was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $25,000 bail.
Julio Aviles Jr. a 25 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with a Protection From Abuse Order violation on 6-05-19 at 1545 hours on the 300 block of N. 3rd Ave. Aviles is accused of mailing a letter to the victim. Aviles was brought to be arraigned from LCCF. He was arraigned and returned to LCCF in lieu of $10,000 bail.
Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against Nicholas Cabrera a 25 year old Tavares, Florida resident and Brian Fitzgerald a 32 year old Lebanon resident after contact with Lebanon County Probation Officers on 1-09-19 at 1430 hours on the 500 block of Canal Street.
A charge of Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana has been filed against a 24 year old Lebanon man after contact with police on 4-08-19 at 1137 hours at 9th and Lehman Streets.
Charges of Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against Daniel McLaughlin a 27 year old North Cornwall Township resident after a single vehicle traffic accident on 3-31-19 at 1048 hours on the 100 block of S. 12th Street. No one was injured as a result of the accident.
Carlos Tamayo-Ferrera a 34 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Escape, Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Mischief on 6-06-19 at 1710 hours on the 400 block of N. 13th Street. Police accuse Tamayo of fleeing from a traffic stop as he has an outstanding warrant for his arrest from the Lebanon City Police for aggravated assault. He was apprehended after a short foot pursuit. During the apprehension he resisted efforts by police officers to take him into custody. Police charged Caroline Cuevas-Salva a 24 year old Lebanon resident for Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution during this incident. Police allege Cuevas was the driver of the vehicle Tamayo fled from and that she was aware Tamayo was wanted for the aggravated assault charge. Police also charged Samarie Batista-Reyes a 33 year old Lebanon resident for Aggravated Assault and Disorderly Conduct due to her actions when arresting Tamayo. Police allege Batista punched an officer on the side of his head causing minor injury. All three were transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Anthony Verna. They were all incarcerated at LCCF. Tamayoโs bail was set at $50,000 for this arrest and $55,000 on the warrant. Cuevasโ bail was set at $20,000 and Batistaโs bail was set at $25,000.
Jackson Township
On June 6 at 5:31pm, a two-vehicle crash occurred at the intersection of Deep Run Road and West Rosebud Road, Jackson Township, Lebanon County. This two vehicle crash occurred as Unit 1 proceeded to travel north on Deep Run Road, after stopping at a stop sign at the intersection. Unit 1 proceeded through the intersection with out proper clearance and was struck by Unit 2 who was traveling east on West Rosebud Road. Unit 2 struck Unit 1 in its front driver side bumper and fender area. Unit 2 came to final rest after striking Unit 1 on the northbound shoulder of East Rosebud Road. Unit 1 continued to travel north after initial impact, and stuck a fence on the northbound shoulder of Deep Run Road. Unit 1 sustained disabling damage to its front end. Unit 2 sustained disabling damage to its passenger side fender area and front end. No injuries resulted from this crash. Kutztown Fire Company assisted with traffic control. Unit 1 and Unit 2 were towed from the scene by Professional Automotive. The 67 year old female driver of Unit 1 was charged with obedience to traffic control devices.
This 3-vehicle crash occurred on June 7 at 5:16pm as Unit #1, a 74 year old Richland woman, was traveling west on SR 422, Jackson Township, Lebanon County. Unit #2 was traveling east on SR 422, traveling straight. Unit #3 was traveling west on SR 422, traveling straight. Operator #1 left her lane of travel, and crossed a double yellow set of lines, traveling into the eastbound lane of travel. Operator #2, traveling east, was unable to avoid collision. Initial impact occurred front end of Unit #1 hit the driver side front of Unit #2. Unit #1 then spun and struck the driver side of Unit #3, who was traveling west. Unit #1 and Unit 2 sustained disabling damage and were towed from the scene. Unit #3 sustained minor damage and was able to be driven from the scene. A witness was interviewed on scene who related Unit #1 left the westbound lane of travel, crossed the double yellow line, and struck Unit #2 who was traveling eastbound. Operator #1 was flown from the scene to Hershey Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. There were no other injuries reported.

Anthony Miles โ age 39 โ 37 Tiffany Lane, Lebanon was charged with possession of drug paraphrenia after a stop on May 31, 2019 on Horizon Blvd., Lebanon.

Alzaiah Berrios โ age 21 โ 251 S. 12th Street, Lebanon was charged with criminal mischief after smashing at windshield on April 30, 2019, in the 500 block of Dodge Street, Lebanon.

Leonardo Hilerio-Rodriguez โ age 18 โ 245 S. 12th Street, Lebanon was charged with retail theft after an incident at the Lebanon Wal-Mart on June 6, 2019, after failing to pay for merchandise valued at $35.

Jose Gabriel โ age 32 โ 534 Mifflin Street, Lebanon, was charged with retail theft after an incident at the Lebanon Wal-Mart on June 6, 2019, after failing to pay for $89 worth of merchandise.
North Londonderry Township
North Londonderry Township Police cited a 17 year old Palmyra minor for Driving Too Fast for Conditions after rear ending another vehicle that was being operated by a 67 year old Annville woman in the 1000 Blk E. Main Street.
Union Township
On June 5 at 12:38pm, members of PSP Jonestown responded to Moonshine Road for an inactive physical altercation which occurred between a 39 year old Lebanon man (father) and a 19 year old Lebanon man (son). No injuries were observed and both parties involved in the physical altercation were cited for Harassment.
On May 25 at 7:32pm, a traffic stop on I-81 N yielded the recovery of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana. The operator, who was not named, was also determined to be under the influence of a controlled substance. Charges for the operator are pending additional lab results.
Between April 29 and May 20, PSP-Jonestown was contacted to investigate a report of theft occurring at Swift Transportation on Route 72. At this time, the investigation remains open. Stolen was direct deposit of funds valued at $843.05.
West Cornwall Township
Fugitive โ Jose M. Gonzalez, age 21, 120 Canal St., Lebanon, was taken into custody today at 1:30 AM after a vehicle in which he was a passenger was stopped for a traffic violation on Colebrook Road at Arnold Court and a records check revealed a warrant for failure to appear in Lebanon County court on charges of escape, disorderly conduct toward police, and several moving violations. Gonzalez was transported to Central Booking.
UAD โ Three 16 year old Myerstown boys and a 17 year old Lebanon boy have been charged with underage drinking for an incident May 27th, 3:30 AM, at a residence in the 100 block of Wenger Street.
