Drug/Other Offenses – Giamo Inocencio Lao, age 21, Cornwall Borough, has been charged with possession of marijuana, manufacture/distribution/possession of a designer drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness for an incident September 18, 2018, 8:27 PM, in the area of his residence and along Store Lane. Charges were filed 6/3/19.
Accident – Occurred Friday, 7:32 PM, in the area of 3190 Lebanon Road (SR 72). Vehicles driven by a 39 year old Bensalem man; and a 54 year old Lebanon man. No injuries. Both vehicles drivable.

Traffic stop for expired vehicle registration; two male juveniles (Ages: 16 and 17) were cited for curfew violations and the driver was cited for driving without a license. Juveniles were returned to a parent/guardian.

1600 CHESTNUT ST – LEBANON
Traffic stop for a faulty brake light; a 17 rears old female was cited for disorderly conduct (possession of a small amount of marijuana) and she was warned about violating the curfew ordinance. Juvenile was returned to her mother.
Richland Borough
On June 14 at 4:17pm, a laptop was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 300 block of Chestnut Street. Anyone with information regarding this incident is requested to contact PSP Jonestown. Stolen: Micros Surface Pro Laptop with hard black case, value $2,000.
Union Township
In the commission of this crime, a red and gray 1987 Chevrolet truck was stolen from the parking lot of Love’s Truck Stop. The vehicle was stolen approximately between 2:45pm and 6:45pm on 6/15/19. The unknown actor(s) left the scene in an unknown direction. The truck was recovered by PSP Schuylkill Haven on 6/15/19 at approximately 11:12pm in Washington Township, Schuylkill County. Anyone with information is asked to contact Trooper Michael Tomko at PSP Jonestown (717-865-2194) and reference Incident Number PA 2019-794544.
West Cornwall Township
DUI – John S. Fliszar, age 62, 311 Pierson Rd., Lititz, has been charged with driving under the influence for an incident April 29th, 4:29 PM, at 3190 Lebanon Road (SR 72). He is also charged with restriction on alcoholic beverages. BAC .179%
