Here are the most recent food safety violations in Lebanon County, as documented by Pennsylvania’s Department of Agriculture.
Inspections are taken as a “snapshot” of the day and time, and should not necessarily be taken as overall indicators of an establishment’s cleanliness. Violations are often corrected prior to the inspector leaving the site. Restaurants were found to be in compliance unless otherwise noted.

Thank you for letting the public know how safe or unsafe it is to eat or shop in our local establishments . Safety today is a big issue in food. I was at a Grocery store 2 weeks in a row to shop and they had dead flies in the deli dept. on the shelves where the sandwiches were and the next week there was a live fly in with roasted packaged chicken in the same dept. I wish I would have had a number to call ; where do you call if you see this? I did tell the Manager but there wasn’t much response !
