City of Lebanon

A 42 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 8-07-19 at 2130 hours on the 300 block of Cumberland Street. He was also cited for Public Drunkenness and Disorderly conduct on 8-08-19 at 1156 hours on the 400 block of Spring Street and Public Drunkenness on 8-08-19 at 2017 hours on the 00 block of Cumberland Street.

Charges of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving on the Right Side of Roadway and Restrictions on Alcoholic Beverages have been filed against Rolando Marrero a 39 year old Lebanon resident after a traffic stop on 7-05-19 at 0331 hours on the 200 block of N. 7th Street. Police allege Marrero’s BAC at the time of the stop was .226%.

Daniel Cabrera-Rosado a 32 year old with no permanent address has been charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on 8-003-19 at 1702 hours on the 200 block of N. 8th Street. Cabrera was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ John Ditzler. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $1,000 bail.

Charges of Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Public Drunkenness have been filed against Alexander Barrett a 37 year old Lebanon resident after contact with police on 8-03-19 at 0413 hours on the 900 block of Cumberland Street.

A 15 year old female from Lebanon has been cited for Harassment after begin accused of punching the 36 year old victim on 8-06-19 at 1219 hours on the 100 block of S. 4th Street.

Jose Mercado-Velazquez a 31 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Possession of a Designer Drug, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Public Drunkenness and Resisting Arrest after contact with police on 8-04-19 at 2054 hours at 7th and Spring Streets. Police allege Mercado was found at 7th and Spring Streets under the influence of a controlled substance, when being taken into custody he resisted efforts to be handcuffed causing the officer and Mercado to fall to the ground. Police also allege Mercado possessed a designer drug and drug paraphernalia. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Kim Wolfe. Mercado was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $25,000 bail.

Logan Winters a 22 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) and Terroristic Threats after an incident on 8-06-19 at 1750 hours on the 00 block of N. 6th Street. Winters is accused of using his elbow to strike the 21 year old victim on her face causing injury. During the assault it is alleged Winters told the victim he would kill her. He was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Kim Wolfe and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Jason Lilly a 36 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Robbery, Theft and Harassment after an incident on 7-31-19 at 0331 hours at 6th and Poplar Street. Lilly is accused of taking the victim’s phone by force after striking the 25 year old victim on her face. Lilly and the victim are familiar with each other. Lilly was not immediately apprehended however, he turned himself in to police on 8-02-19. He was taken to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ John Ditzler. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Myerstown Borough

On August 4 at 10:49am, troopers were dispatched to W. Stoever Ave & S. College St for the report of a found bicycle. Upon arrival, troopers discovered a black 21 speed Mongoose Excursion was left at the above location for approximately seven days. Anyone with information regarding the black 21 speed Mongoose Excursion should contact PSP Jonestown and reference incident number PA2019-1025679. Found: Mongoose Excursion Black Mongoose Excursion 21 Speed, Value $150

North Cornwall Township

Saturday 06-22,2019 20:26 Traffic stop heavily tinted windows; for a 17 years of age female juvenile and a 17 years of age male juvenile was charged with marijuana, small amount personal use.

Thursday, 08-08-2019 20:26 a 14 years of age, male juvenile was cited for Retail Theft or taking a pair of Adidas sandals valued at $18.74 out of Kohl’s and did not pay for the sandals.

Friday 08-09-2019 00:17 – a 17 years of age, male juvenile was cited for North Cornwall Township Curfew Ordinance. Juvenile was riding his bicycle without lights.

North Londonderry Township

An 18 year old Lebanon woman was cited for summary retail theft in connection with an incident that occurred on 8/6/2019. She stole $80.97 in office and stationary products from Wal-Mart.

South Londonderry Township

The South Londonderry Police were dispatched on August 11 at 10:16am to a motor vehicle collision involving three vehicles in the 2800 block of Horseshoe Pike. Upon arrival, the Police Department conducted a collision investigation. The motorists involved in the collision claimed no injuries as a result of the incident. One of the drivers, a 22 year old Ephrata woman, was cited for driving on an expired license.

On August 10, the South Londonderry Township Police were dispatched to the 2900 block of Horseshoe Pike. For the report of a motor vehicle collision. Police arrived and conducted an accident investigation. The drivers involved in the collisions, a 35 year old Palmyra man and a 22 year old Palmyra woman, claimed no injuries as a result of the incident.

A charge of Disorderly Conduct was filed against a 18 year old Palmyra man after he leaned out of his house window on the 300 block of Old Farm Road loudly yelling and using profanity continuously for several minutes disturbing the neighborhood.

A 52 year old Lebanon man was driving his Ford Escape south on Mt. Wilson Road at the intersection of Elizabethtown Road when a Ford F-150 driven by a 17 year old male made a left turn in front of him, causing a crash. No injuries were reported. The 17 year old male was cited for making a left turn without yielding the right-of-way to an oncoming vehicle. Lawn Vol Fire Company assisted.

A 56 year old Palmyra man reported that his gray in color car cover was stolen on August 11 between 10am and 5pm from his driveway. Anyone with information is asked to contact the South Londonderry Township Police at 717-838-1376.

This two vehicle accident occurred on August 1 at 3:02pm at the intersection of South Forge Road and Northside Drive. The accident occurred when the truck driven by a Enola man failed to yield the right of way to a Palmyra woman. His vehicle struck her vehicle. The Palmyra woman’s vehicle was towed from the scene. The Enola man was cited for failure to yield the right of way.

On August 1, a 41 year old Palmyra woman was stopped in traffic at a red traffic light when she was struck from behind by a 72 year old Palmyra woman. Nobody in either vehicle was injured. The 41 year old Palmyra woman’s vehicle required towing.
