City of Lebanon
A 54 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 8-01-19 at 2340 hours on the 00 block of N. 3rd Street.
A 53 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 7-27-19 at 0148 hours at 9th and Cumberland Streets.
Charges of Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against a 22 year old Lebanon man after contact with police on 8-02-19 at 0400 hours on the 500 block of Pershing Avenue.
Myerstown Borough
On August 3 at 6:59pm on the 500 block of S. Railroad St, members of PSP-Jonestown responded to the stated location for a report of a suspicious person sleeping on the front porch. A 31 year old Newmanstown man was identified as the suspicious person at the scene and was found to be intoxicated and in possession of drug paraphernalia.
North Cornwall Township
07-19-2019 13:27 (Friday) – Turkey Hill, 812 E. Penn Ave, Cleona, a 21 year old Lebanon woman was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking after she removed approximately $1,390.00 in cash from the store on several occasions.
06-26-2019 (Wednesday) 03:13 1700 block Quentin Road, police stopped a vehicle for speeding; a 23 year old Lebanon woman was charged with Driving Under the Influence of a controlled substance, Possession of Marijuana, Resist Arrest/Other Law Enforcement, Careless Driving and restrictions on Alcoholic Beverages.
North Londonderry Township
On July 19 at 5:01pm, a 22 year old Palmyra man was cited for summary retail theft in connection with multiple incidents that spanned from 5/31 through 7/1. The thefts occurred at Wal-Mart. The man was responsible for the theft of $51.18 in deli food.
On August 19 an 18 year old Manheim man was cited for a stop sign violation in connection with a motor vehicle accident that occurred on 8/19/19 at Forge Road and Park Drive. The man proceeded from a stop sign when it was not clear and caused a two car crash. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
A 55 year old Lebanon woman was charged with retail theft and theft by unlawful taking in connection with an incident that occurred at Wal-Mart on 6/14/2019.
On July 30, a 30 year old Harrisburg woman was charged with Theft of Leased Property when she failed to make payment and return a leased instrument from Central Penn Music.
