City of Lebanon

A 42 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness and Transportation, Possession or Consumption in a Public Place on 10-08-19 at 2030 hours on the 00 block of Lehman Street.

A charge of Theft of Leased Property has been filed against Lamont Lewis Jr. a 32 year old Lebanon resident after failing to follow the agreement on 8-24-19 on the 800 block of Cumberland Street. Total loss to the merchant is $854.66.

Charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Disorderly Conduct and Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked have been filed and a warrant has been issued for the arrest of Omar Nadal-Colon after an incident on 9-28-19 at 0058 hours on the 800 block of Willow Street. Nadal is accused of driving with a suspended license and possessing the drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on the 28th.

A charge of Furnishing a Drug Free Urine has been filed against a 54 year old Jonestown woman after attempting to pass a urine sample, not her own, through a plastic tube during a testing at Lebanon County Probation on 8-08-19 at 1236 hours at 508 Oak Street.

A charge of Harassment by Communication has been filed against William Eckenroth III a 38 year old Lebanon resident after an incident on 8-08-19 at 1250 hours on the 900 block of N. 6th Street.

Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Public Drunkenness have been filed against Corey Singer a 25 year old North Lebanon Township resident after contact with police on 8-13-19 at 0615 hours on the 00 block of S. 6th Street.

Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against Russell Read a 50 year old North Lebanon Township resident after contact with police on 8-31-19 at 1946 hours on the 300 block of E. Chestnut Street.

Charges of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Traffic Control Signals have been filed against 27 year old Richard Payne Jr. a Cleona resident after a traffic accident on 9-07-19 at 0049 hours at 9th and Cumberland Streets. No one was injured as a result of the accident. Police allege Payne’s BAC was .23% at the time of the accident.

Manuel Colon Jr. a 46 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Public Drunkenness on 10-07-19 at 0143 hours on the 400 block of N. 8th Street. Colon is accused of attempting to damage property of another and found to be intoxicated and in possession of a controlled substance. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Anthony Verna. Colon was released on $10,000 unsecured bail.

A Protection From Abuse Order violation has been filed against Kyle Goddard a 32 year old Lebanon resident current detained at LCCF. He is accused of sending a letter to the victim of the PFA which is a violation. This incident occurred on 10-04-19 at 1114 hours on the 900 block of Kreider Street.

Keshly Caba a 25 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) after an incident on 10-08-19 at 2300 hours on the 400 block of N. Jones Street. Caba is accused of striking the 24 year old victim and causing injury to his face requiring medical treatment. Caba was apprehended and transported to LCCB. She was arraigned before MDJ Anthony Verna and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Cornwall Borough

Accident – Occurred Tuesday, 8:59 AM, on Boyd Street, east of Rexmont Road. An 18 year old Cornwall woman traveled off the roadway striking a section of guide rail, then went over an embankment and came to rest against some trees. She was not injured; her vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed.

Accident – Occurred Sunday, 7:28 PM, on SR 72 south of Williams Drive. Vehicles driven by an 85 year old Lebanon woman; and a 23 year old Lebanon man. No injuries. Minor damage to both vehicles; they were drivable.

North Londonderry Township

On October 14 at 11:15pm, a 62 year old Annville woman reported that while she was at work at Walmart, she had her bag, which contained her iPhone, car keys, and several bank cards stolen. A picture of the female suspect is below. Anyone with information is asked to contact the North Londonderry Township Police Department at (717) 838-5276. Total value taken, $1000.

Union Township

In the commission of this crime on October 10 at 1:12pm the Accused, Tyler Reichenbach, a 31 year old Lebanon male, was observed operating his motorcycle erratically on SR-72 N. In the area of the PSP Jonestown barracks, the Accused began to fleet at a high rate of speed after a traffic stop was attempted by Troopers. The Accused continued to flee on to SR-433 at speeds exceeding 85MPH as multiple Troopers pursued. A rolling roadblock was attempted in the area of Darkwoods Rd. in Pine Grove Township. The Accused evaded the roadblock and began to flee back South on SR-443. As the Accused was fleeing he passed a large funeral procession while traveling in the oncoming lane of traffic. Another roadblock was set up in the area of Moonshine Rd. that the Accused also evaded. As the Accused negotiated a sharp right hand curve he lost control of the motorcycle and crashed into a guide rail. The Accused was immediately taken in to custody. During a search incident to arrest, two baggies of suspected methamphetamine were found on the Accused’s person. The Accused also admitted using methamphetamine earlier in the morning. The Accused related he fled because the motorcycle was not registered. The Accused was transported to the Hershey Medical Center to be treated for moderate injuries. A criminal complaint was completed charing the Accused with Felony Fleeing and Eluding, Reckless Endangerment, Resisting Arrest, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, DUI Drugs, and numerous summary traffic violations. The Accused will be arraigned pending his release from the hospital.

West Cornwall Township

Accident – Occurred Thursday (today), 7:50 AM, on SR 72 at Alden Lane. A 50 year old Mount Joy man was northbound on SR 72 and in attempting to avoid traffic stopped in front of him swerved to the right and struck a section of curbing. No injuries. Vehicle was towed.

Stalking/Trespass – Jeffrey S. Tittle, age 56, 412 Pershing Ave., Lebanon, was arrested Friday for incidents at the A-Plus Market, 2520 Quentin Road, that occurred September 23rd and October 11th. Tittle was charged with stalking, disorderly conduct, and two counts of defiant trespass. He was arraigned at Central Booking and placed in Lebanon County Prison on $7500 bail, which he subsequently posted and was released from the facility on Saturday.
