City of Lebanon

A 48 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Harassment on 10-01-19 at 2215 hours on the 300 block of N. 12th Street.

Henry Lanauze-Cruz a 50 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with a Protection From Abuse Order violation on 10-18-19 at 1650 hours on the 400 block of N. 7th Street. Lanauze was found in the apartment of the victim of the PFA. The 45 year old victim was not injured as a result of the contact. After being apprehended he is accused of attempting to push an officer down a flight of steps and having to be controlled by several officers. Due to his actions an additional charge of Resisting Arrest was brought against Lanauze. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Carl Garver. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $25,000 bail on each charge for a total of $50,000 bail.

Donald Harris a 27 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Aggravated Assault (domestic violence related) and Terroristic Threats after an incident on 10-20-19 at 0716 hours on the 600 block of Spring Street. Harris is accused of striking the 26 year old victim; throwing her to the floor then holding a knife to her throat telling her he was going to kill her. Harris fled the scene prior to police arrival however, he was observed driving a vehicle on the on the 700 block of Union Street. When police attempted to stop Harris he fled in the vehicle only to be involved in a minor crash impacting a vacant property on the 200 block of S. 7th Street. He was apprehended without further incident. Additionally, he was charged with Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Officer, Reckless Driving, Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked, Duties at Stop Signs and Traffic Control Signals. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Carl Garver. Harris was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $100,000 bail on the Aggravated Assault charge. The additional charges have been filed.

Darone Akines a 34 year old Philadelphia resident has been charged as a Fugitive From Justice after turning himself into police on 10-21-19 at 1340 hours at 400 S. 8th Street. Akines was wanted by authorities in New Jersey for a charge of Burglary. He was taken to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ John Ditzler. Akines was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $25,000 bail.

A 36 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Disorderly Conduct after an incident on 8-30-19 at 2145 hours at 7th and Church Streets.

Omar Nadal-Colon a 39 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police, Unauthorized Use of Automobiles, Resisting Arrest, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, One-Way Roadways and Duties at Stop Signs after an incident on 10-23-19 at 0310 hours on the 1000 block of Willow Street. Nadal is accused of fleeing police after the initiation of a traffic stop. After a brief pursuit in the vehicle, Nadal is accused of fleeing on foot and apprehended by police after a short foot pursuit. When apprehended police allege he possessed drug paraphernalia and resisted efforts by police during the apprehension. Nadal was found to have several outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of the warrants. He was served with the above charges on 10-24-19. He was arraigned before MDJ Maria Dissinger on 10-24-19 and returned to LCCF in lieu of $20,000 bail.

Katiria Maldonado-Morales a 26 year old and Mariela Morales-Hernandez a 34 year old both Lebanon residents, have been cited for Disorderly Conduct (mutual fight) on 10-22-19 at 1911 hours on the 700 block of East. Lehman Street.

A charge of Corruption of Minors has been filed against Daneivys Lopez a 36 year old and David Sardinas a 33 year old both of Lebanon after investigation into incidents occurring over a period of time between 1-01-19 and 8-10-19 on the 100 block of N. 9th Street. Lopez and Sardinas are accused of smoking Marijuana with a 13 year old female several times throughout the time period listed above.

Cornwall Borough

Deer Struck – A 41-year-old West Cornwall man struck a deer at 4:37 AM today as he was traveling south on SR 72, south of Zinns Mill Road. He was not injured; his vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed. The deer was deceased.

North Londonderry Township

On October 24 at approximately 5:27 a.m. police responded to a one vehicle accident. A vehicle driven by a 30-year-old Bainbridge man was traveling north on Campbelltown Road when he fell asleep and the vehicle left the roadway and came to a rest in a field. The vehicle was towed from the scene. The driver was cited with “Drive on roads laned for traffic.”

South Londonderry Township

On October 12 at 8:06 p.m., the South Londonderry Township Police Department was dispatched to the 100 block of Woodridge Dr. for the report of an intoxicated person. Police arrived on-scene and made contact with a 51-year-old Palmyra man. During the incident, EMS was summoned to the scene for an injury that was sustained during a fall from a standing position. The man was later transported by EMS and cited for Public Drunkenness.

On September 8 at 10:21 p.m., the South Londonderry Township Police Department was notified of an EMS response to the 5300 block of Elizabethtown Rd. for the report of a person suffering from difficulty breathing. Police were the first to arrive on-scene. During a follow-up investigation it was discovered that Bradley Hess, a 21-year-old Palmyra man, had contacted 911 and made false claims about an emergency condition. Hess was charged with False alarms to agencies of public safety.

On October 22 at 10:29 p.m. a traffic accident occurred at the intersection of Schoolhouse Rd and Stauffers Church Rd after a Ford SUV driven by a 64-year-old Cleona man failed to stop for a stop sign and struck a Cadillac driven by a 63-year-old Highspire man. Both drivers were taken to the hospital for injuries sustained during the crash. Campbelltown Fire and Fire Police assisted with the call.

West Cornwall Township

DUI – Stephen N. Hartman, age 59, Lebanon, has been charged with driving under the influence for an incident June 6th, 10:02 PM, on Butler Road at Old Mine Road. His BAC was .187%.

Theft – A Quentin man reported Wednesday that a green and yellow appliance dolly was stolen recently from a storage area at 101 N. Zinns Mill Road. The item is valued at $150.00

Deer Struck – A Lancaster man struck a deer Thursday, 12:05 AM, as he was traveling south on SR 72 near Williams Drive. No injuries. Vehicle was drivable. Deer deceased.

Harassment – An 83 year old Mountville man has been charged for an incident involving a 73 year old Gretna Springs woman that occurred September 5th, 3:01 PM, at the victim’s residence. He shoved the victim to the ground resulting in injuries that required medical treatment.

Burglary – Justin C. Meyer, age 30, 3208 Elizabethtown Rd., Hershey, has been charged with burglary, loitering and prowling at night time, theft by unlawful taking, and criminal trespass for an incident that occurred July 27th, approx. 1:00 AM, at a residence in the 100 block of W. Main Street, Quentin. Meyer entered the garage at the residence, stole a BMW motorcycle valued at $30,000, and drove it to Penn Township, Lancaster County where he abandoned it in a field. Meyer is currently in Dauphin County Prison on other warrants.
