City of Lebanon

A 42 year old Lebanon woman cited for Dogs Running At Large on 10-05-19 at 1310 hours on the 300 block of East Mifflin Street.

A 34 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Disorderly Conduct after investigation into an incident which occurred on 9-06-19 at 0317 hours on the 500 block of Spruce Street.

John Rico a 25 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Strangulation and Terroristic Threats (domestic violence related) after an incident on 11-06-19 at 0558 hours on the 700 block of Glenwood Street. Rico is accused of choking the 24 year old victim to the point she could not breathe while threatening to kill her. The victim had minor injuries as a result of the assault. Rico was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Tom Capello and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Felicia Lira-Benedit a 48 year old with no permanent address has been charged with Criminal Trespass and Theft on 11-05-19 at 2035 hours on the 1100 block of Cumberland Street. Lira is accused of taking items from the property of which she had previously been told she had no permission to enter. Total loss to the business is $20.00. Lira was apprehended and transported to LCCB. She was arraigned before MDJ Tom Capello and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Shjon Daub a 21 year old Cornwall resident has been charged with Simple Assault and Disorderly Conduct after an incident on 11-06-19 at 0132 hours at 223 S. 4th Street. Daub is accused of causing a disturbance at that location and is accused of punching the victim, a hospital employee, causing minor injury to his face. Daub was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Tom Capello and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Charges of Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against Antonio Estrada a 49 year old Lebanon resident on 11-05-19 at 2225 hours on the 1100 block of Old Cumberland Street.

Bianca Frazier a 28 year old with no permanent address has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Disorderly Conduct on 11-03-19 at 1929 hours on the 400 block of S. 8th Street. Frazier had contact with police after causing a disturbance. Frazier also had a Bench Warrant for her arrest in Lebanon County. She was taken to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Tom Capello. She was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $10,000 bail.

A charge of Disorderly Conduct has been filed against a 19 year old man, a 20 year old woman and an 18 year old man all from Lebanon, after an incident on 9-15-19 at 0309 hours on the 900 block of Cumberland Street.

Charges of Criminal Mischief and Harassment have been filed against a 48 year old West Lebanon man after an incident on 10-12-19 at 1350 hours on the 400 block of Canal Street. He is accused of striking the 20 year old victim and causing damage to his parked vehicle. Damage is estimated at $981.59.

Jackson Township

This crash occurred on N. College St. just north of Golf Rd. on Nov. 3 at 5:03 a.m. as Unit 1, a 2004 Honda Accord driven by a 29-year-old Lebanon man, was traveling southbound on SR 501. Unit 1 was negotiating a left-hand curve, when the right front of Unit 1 struck a guide rail. Impact with the guide rail resulted in major damage to the right front wheel, bumper, and quarter panel of Unit 1. Following impact, Unit 1 continued under its own power approximately 450 south coming to final rest on the west shoulder of the roadway facing south. This was the position of Unit 1 upon my arrival.

North Londonderry Township

North Londonderry Township Police have charged a 20-year-old Annville woman with retail theft after she failed to pay for $36.05 of merchandise at Walmart on Nov. 5, 2019.

North Londonderry Township Police filed charges against a 30-year-old Palmyra man for his involvement which took place at Walmart on Oct. 31 at 4:36 p.m. He was charged with one (1) count of retail theft as he failed to pay for nine (9) items valued at $39.77.

The North Londonderry Township Police Department investigated a motor vehicle crash on the 110 block of W. Main Street in Annville. The crash occurred when a 17-year-old Elizabethtown man struck a deer crossing the roadway. No injuries were reported at the scene.

Omar Nadal-Colon was recently charged with six felony counts of Retail Theft after he was found to have entered Walmart, select merchandise, and fail to pay for that merchandise on six separate occasions. Nadal-Colon was charged for incidents occurring on July 4, Sept. 1, Sept. 12, Sept. 28, Oct. 15, and Oct. 16. Nadal-Colon failed to pay for a total of $2,856.44 worth of merchandise.

South Londonderry Township Police

On Oct. 23 at 6:22 a.m., a van driven by a 26-year-old Lawn man was involved in an accident after a deer ran out in front of him on Bachmanville Rd. at S. Brandt Rd. The van struck the deer and had to be towed from the scene. No injuries were reported.

On Oct. 31 at 5:19 p.m., the South Londonderry Township Police Department was dispatched to Mt. Gretna Rd. for the report of a single vehicle accident involving a roll-over. Officers arrived on-scene and made contact with the driver, who claimed to be uninjured as a result of the crash. The Police Department was assisted by the Lawn Fire Company while conducting an investigation.
