Charges were filed this week against 54-year-old North Cornwall Township resident Scott P. Thomas for alleged unlawful contact with a minor.
Thomas is currently incarcerated at Lebanon County Correctional Facility, unable to post bail, set at $50,000.
According to North Cornwall Township Police, Thomas is accused of inappropriate touching of a five-year-old female victim while she was being babysat at his North Cornwall Township residence.
The inappropriate touching is alleged to have taken place at a house that Thomas co-owns between June 2017 and June 2018.
Thomas faces three third-degree felony charges (Unlawful Contact with Minor, Endangering Welfare of Children, and Corruption of Minors), as well as a first-degree misdemeanor (Indecent Assault Person Less than 13 Years of Age).
