City of Lebanon
Two 12 year old males from Lebanon have been cited for Disorderly Conduct after an incident on 12-13-19 at 0730 hours on the 300 block of N. 8th Street.
Luis Garcia-Moreno a 36 year old Fredericksburg resident has been charged with a Protection From Abuse Order violation on 12-12-19 at 1222 hours at East Cumberland and 5th Avenue. Garcia is accused of being with the 25 year old victim in her vehicle. Garcia was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Kim Wolfe and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against Matthew White a 32 year old Lebanon resident on 12-05-19 at 1605 hours on the 1100 block of Old Cumberland Street after police assisted Lebanon County Probation Officers.
A charge of Receiving Stolen Property has been filed against Sayvon McCottry a 25 year old Palmyra resident after investigation into an incident on 11-19-19 at 12119 hours on the 300 block of N. 5th Street. McCottry is accused of selling a stolen jewelry. Total loss to the victim is approximately $2,500.
Charges of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, Fleeing or Attempting to Elude an Officer, Accident Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle or Property, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, Careless Driving and Traffic Control Signals have been filed against Leroy Barthalow a 58 year old Lebanon resident after a minor traffic accident on 11-03-19 at 2124 hours on the 800 block of Cumberland Street. Barthalow is accused of striking a vehicle then leaving the scene of the accident. He failed to yield to a police officer attempting to stop Barthalow. Eventually, Barthalow stopped and after having police contact is accused of the above crimes. Police allege he BAC was .197% at the time of the accident and also accuse him of having THC (marijuana) in is system as well.
A charge of Theft (2 counts) has been filed against Joshua Mullins a 38 year old Lebanon resident after a theft occurred on 12-01-19 at 1239 hours on the 300 block of Canal Street. Mullins is accused of taking packages off the front porches at two residences. Total loss to the victims is $145.00.
Charges of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Careless Driving and Restrictions on Alcoholic Beverages have been filed against Ivonne Bressler a 33 year old Lebanon resident after a minor single vehicle accident on 11-27-19 at 2306 hours on the 00 block of N. 12th Street. Police allege Bressler’s BAC was .276% at the time of the accident.
Kenneth McLeod a 57 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Retail Theft (felony) on 12-13-19 at 1737 hours at 800 S. 12th Street. McLeod is accused of taking $109.00 in assorted meats from the merchant. McLeod was transported to LLCB and arraigned before MDJ Kim Wolfe and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $2,500 bail.
North Cornwall Township
Monday, December 9, 2019 – Kohl’s, 1261 Quentin Road – Ashley Jo Sutherly, 24, Lebanon was charged with Retail Theft for taking merchandise valued about $1,047.00. Tristan Whitley, 22, Annville was in the vehicle with Southerly, and charged with Intentional Possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
North Londonderry Township
For an incident that occurred on Dec. 3 at 1:30 p.m, North Londonderry Township Police have cited a 25-year-old Annville man with confinement of dogs following an incident in which his dog wandered off his property and was found walking on and along the road in the 1000 block of Hoffer Road.
South Londonderry Township
For an incident that occurred Oct. 7 at 7:04 p.m. on the 6000 block of Colebrook Road, Douglas Andrew Greenly, a 29-year-old Harrisburg man, is charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol after he was traveling and lost control of the vehicle, which landed on its roof in a field. Greenly’s BAC was 0.99%. He is also charged with possession of Marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving without insurance, driving vehicle at unsafe speeds, and failing to stay within his lane.
On Dec. 15 at 12:10 p.m., the South Londonderry Township Police Department was dispatched for a two vehicle accident at Horseshoe Pike at Hinkle Road. A silver Chevrolet HHR, operated by a 26-year-old Palmyra woman, pulled out onto Horseshoe Pike in the path of a black BMW X5 operated by a 23-year-old Midlothian, VA woman. No parties were injured in the crash. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
Joseph Jordan, a 34-year-old Palmyra man, is charged with stalking, harassment, and trespass after an incident on Dec. 4 in which he knocked on a window of a residence on Center Drive where he was told by police not to return too.
West Lebanon Township
Driving Under the Influence – Luann Sellard, a 55-year-old Palmyra woman, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving after being involved in a traffic accident on Nov. 3, 2019, in the 100 block of N. 16th Street.
