City of Lebanon

A 50 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 1-27-20 at 2233 hours on the 200 block of Spring Street.

Lisa Campos a 33 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) after an incident on 2-02-20 at 1735 hours on the 300 block of Pershing Ave. Campos is accused of punching the 34 year old victim multiple times causing injury to his face. Campos was apprehended and transported to LCCB. She was arraigned before MDJ Maria Dissinger and released on $10,000 unsecured bail.

Rebecca Moyer a 36 year old with no permanent address has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after contact with police on 1-31-20 at 1835 hours on the 400 block of S. 8th Street. Moyer was arrested on an outstanding Bench Warrant, when searched she is accused of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. She was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Maria Dissinger. Moyer was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Joey Laudermilch a 26 year old Myerstown resident and Tristan Whitley a 22 year old North Lebanon Township resident have been charged with Possession With Intent To Deliver a Controlled Substance, Conspiracy to Possession With Intent To Deliver a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Conspiracy to Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; additionally, Laudermilch has been charged with Altered, Forged or Counterfeit Documents and Plates and Unlawful Activities after a traffic stop on 02-01-20 at 0410 hours on the 900 block of Quentin Road. Laudermilch was the driver of a vehicle that police allege had tinted brake lights and counterfeit inspection and emission stickers. Laudermilch and Whitley are accused of possessing Heroin and drug paraphernalia. Whitley is also accused of possessing Methamphetamine. They were both transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Maria Dissinger. Laudermilch was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $80,000 bail and Whitley incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $100,000 bail.

Richard Johnson a 46 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) after an incident on 02-02-20 at 1915 hours on the 200 block of N. 8th Street. Johnson is accused of punching the 35 year old victim causing a laceration to her upper lip. He was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Anthony Verna and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Charges of Terroristic Threats and Harassment have been filed against David Garrison a 44 year old Tower City resident after being accused of calling the victim multiple times while making threats to kill the victim. The phone calls occurred on 01-31-20 at 1026 hours on the 500 block of Oak Street.

Hector Castro-Reyes a 38 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) and Harassment after an incident on 2-01-20 at 1843 hours on the 100 block of Mifflin Street. Castro is accused of punching a 13 year old victim and a 37 year old victim causing minor injuries to both victims. Castro fled the scene prior to police arrival. He has not been apprehended, a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

East Hanover Township

Between the hours of 2:00 p.m. on Feb. 1 and 7:00 p.m. on Feb. 2, a 2009 White Freightliner and 2003 White Great Dane Trailer carrying 864 cases of canola oil was taken from the 10000 block of Allentown Blvd.

This crash occurred as Unit 1, a 2016 Subaru Forester driven by a 32-year-old Sinking Spring man, was traveling south on I-81 near mile marker 86. Unit #1 was traveling in the left-hand lane when a deer ran out of the median on the south side of the interstate. The deer crossed one lane of travel before being struck by Unit #1. After impact, Unit #1 continued in a northwest direction before coming to its position of final rest on the right shoulder. Unit #1 sustained damage to the front-end. The front bumper and griller were dented and the passenger side headlight was broken. Operator #1 was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash and reported no injuries. Multiple airbags in Unit #1 were deployed as a result of this crash. Unit 1 was towed from the scene by Porrini’s Auto. Assisted on scene by Porrini’s Auto.

Millcreek Township

On Feb. 1 at 6:00 p.m., a man appeared at PSP Jonestown to report that his eight-year-old daughter was assaulted by her stepfather while at their residence. It was alleged that on Feb. 1 at approximately 6:00 p.m., the stepfather intentionally grabbed her by the head, hitting it off the bedpost. The injury was observed after the custody exchange.

North Annville Township

This crash occurred on Feb. 2 at 1:44 a.m. as Unit 1, a 2020 Toyota Sienna driven by a 74-year-old Hanover man, was traveling south on SR934. Unit 2, a 2017 Chevrolet Cruze driven by a 36-year-old Lebanon woman, was traveling north on SR934. Unit 1 crossed into the northbound lane and struck Unit 2 when operator 1 looked down and reached down to pick up a spilled water bottle. Driver 1 was not injured, Driver 2 was transported to Hershey Medical Center with suspected minor injury.

North Cornwall Township

The North Cornwall Township Police Department is investigating a dumping complaint that occurred on Starner Rd in West Cornwall Twp. Someone took the time to unload a large amount of a green colored carpet onto someone’s private property recently. Thinking it may have happened sometime over the weekend. If anyone has any information regarding this incident please contact the Police Department at 717-274-2071 or County Dispatch at 717-272-2054 to speak to an Officer.

On Feb. 4 at 1:50 p.m. an accident occurred on South 22nd Street, across from Faith Baptist Church. Taylor Ann Davis, 29, Annville was traveling northbound and was texting on her cell phone, veered left and when she looked up she struck the tree. Driver air bag deployed and vehicle was towed. Davis reported; knee, arm and head pain and was transported by First Aid and Safety to Good Samaritan/WellSpan Hospital. Davis was cited for Required Financial Responsibility, Prohibiting text Based Communications and Operation without Official Certificate of Inspection.

South Lebanon Township

This incident occurred as an inmate at the Lebanon County Correctional Facility smuggled suspected heroin laced with fentanyl into the LCCF on Jan. 7. On Jan. 8 another inmate overdosed on the drugs and had to be revived with Narcan. Charges pending on both inmates upon completion of analysis of the controlled substance at the Harrisburg Lab.

Union Township

On Feb. 3 at 9:34 a.m. at approximately 9:40 a.m., Troopers from PSP Jonestown were dispatched to the 100 block of Hemlock Hill Lane for a domestic related incident between three male siblings. Upon arrival on scene, Troopers learned that two of the brothers (a 31-year-old Jonestown man and a 29-year-old Jonestown man) assaulted the third brother (a 29-year-old Jonestown man) by shoving him to the ground and punching him several times in the back with a closed fist. Two of the brothers were subsequently charged with Harassment. All charges were filed with MDJ 52-3-04.

For an incident that occurred Feb. 3 at 10:40 a.m. on Hemlock Hill Lane, the victim, a 20-year-old man, reported to PSP-Jonestown that the suspect, a 58-year-old man, pointed a handgun at him during a property dispute.
