City of Lebanon

A 39 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 2-04-20 at 2330 hours on the 500 block of N. 10th Street.

Charges of Driving Under the Influence of Marijuana and Vehicle Turning Left have been filed against a 17 year old Lebanon resident after a traffic accident on 1-18-20 at 2041 hours on the 200 block of N. 8th Avenue. There were no injuries reported as a result of the accident. The juvenile submitted to a blood test which results showed the presence of THC in his blood.

A 71 year old Lebanon man has been cited twice for Retail Theft on 1-14-20 at 1237 hours then again at 1245 hours after he is accused of taking merchandise totaling $2.00 from a business at 798 S. 12th Street then merchandise totaling $7.98 from the business at 800 S. 12th Street.

A 25 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Harassment after an incident on 1-25-20 at 0453 hours on the 1000 block of Chestnut Street.

A 27 year old Ephrata man has been cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on 2-08-20 at 0134 hours on the 00 block of Mifflin Street.

A 46 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on 2-08-20 at 1407 hours on the 800 block of Hill Street.

A 42 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 2-06-20 at 1445 hours on the 200 block of East Cumberland Street.

A charge of Receiving Stolen Property has been filed against a 14 year old male from Lebanon after an investigation into a theft from a store. Police accuse the juvenile of possessing the stolen item on 2-02-20 at 1637 hours on the 900 block of Church Street. The stolen item was valued at $8.00.

A 68 year old Lebanon man has been cited for a violation of the Pawn Shops and Second-Hand Shops ordinance after investigation into the incident which occurred on 12-11-19 at 1400 hours on the 625 Lehman Street. Rosario is accused of failing to submitted records of second-hand goods transactions as required by the ordinance.

Charges of Robbery, Simple Assault and Theft have been filed against Andrea Jacobs a 25 year old Lebanon resident after an incident on 2-06-20 at 0730 hours on the 500 block of Weidman Street. The 68 year old victim and Jacobs are familiar with each other and have been acquainted for months. Jacobs is accused of getting into the victim’s vehicle and pulling the victim’s purse from her, punching her on the face then taking money from the victim’s wallet before fleeing on foot from the scene. The victim had suffered minor injuries as a result of the incident. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Jacobs.

Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against Rosalyn Watt a 39 year old Reading resident after she had contact with Lebanon County Probation Officers on 2-10-20 at 1500 hours at 508 Oak Street. Watt was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of a probation violation.

Cornwall Borough

Deer Struck – A 95-year-old Lebanon man struck a deer Tuesday, 6:26 PM, on SR 419 near Brandywine Drive. He was not injured; his vehicle was drivable. The deer was deceased.

Deer Struck – A 24-year-old Narvon female struck a deer Wednesday, 2:51 AM, on SR 322, east of SR 72. She was not injured, her vehicle was drivable. The deer had to be destroyed.

East Hanover Township

This incident occurred on Feb. 13 at 10:03 a.m. as the victim, a 79-year-old Grantville man, traveled from his residence to the residence of the accused, a 72-year-old Grantville man. Upon arrival to a residence on the 00 block of Appalachian Drive, the 79-year-old man knocked on the accused 72-year-old man’s residence and the accused motioned for him to enter the residence. Upon entering the residence, the victim began to speak with the accused. During this conversation, the accused became agitated and grabbed an approximately 2 1/2 foot long stick, striking the victim on the right side of the face. The victim grabbed the stick and left the residence. Damaged: 3NT Signia Insio Hearing Aid, valued at $1,199.

Jackson Township

On Jan. 20 at 6:09 p.m., Troopers responded to Kutztown Road for a reporter of a Snapchat issue. Upon arrival on the scene a Trooper spoke with the 15-year-old Myerstown male victim who related he received a Snapchat from a fake account that demanded a picture of his genitals. Upon further investigation, Troopers identified the person behind the fake account as a juvenile, a 17-year-old Newmanstown male, who admitted to asking for a photograph of the victim. Charges pending.

On Feb. 15 at 12:32 p.m., State Police stopped Melvin Sadler, a 32-year-old Bernville man, after observing a traffic violation at the above location involving his 1991 Plymouth Sundance. While conversing with the driver, indicators of criminal activity were observed and consent was granted to search the vehicle. A container with methamphetamine was found during the search. Drug possession charges pending.

North Cornwall Township

On Feb. 12 at 12:21 p.m. police responded to a complaint of a suspicious vehicle parked on the lot of Glonninger Park on South 22nd Street. An 18-year-old Lebanon female and a 17-year-old Lebanon female were cited with Disorderly Conduct for smoking marijuana in the vehicle.

An accident on Feb. 13 at 12:00 a.m. A 34-year-old Cleona female was traveling west on Walnut Street, stopped at posted stop sign at the intersection of South 16th Street. She proceeded west and was struck by a 78-year-old Lebanon female in the intersection. The older female was traveling south on South 16th Street, stopped at the intersection and proceeded south, not seeing the Cleona female. No injuries reported and both vehicles were driven.

Richland Borough

On Feb. 7 at 4:30 p.m., PSP Jonestown responded to the report of a PFA violation on the 300 block of W. Linden Street. It was determined a violation did occur as Jeffrey Tittle, a 57-year-old Lebanon man, used a neighbor to give the victim a hand-written letter. Tittle was taken into custody and transported to Lebanon County Central Booking.

Union Township

On Feb. 11 at 5:16 p.m. at SR 72 and Wolfe Lane, PSP Jonestown conducted a traffic stop on a 2005 Mazda Six. The operator of the vehicle, Destiny Marie Heist, was found to be in possession of marijuana. Charges of drug possession will be filed accordingly.
