Bethel Township

On Feb. 18 at 12:57 p.m., a traffic stop was conducted at mile marker 62 of I-78 East on a 1999 Chevrolet Suburban after the driver was observed driving while under a DUI related suspension. Further investigation revealed the driver, Anthony Beck, a 35-year-old Lebanon man, to be in possession of marijuana. Charges to be filed.

City of Lebanon

A 58 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on 2-19-20 at 2144 hours on the 1000 block of Reinoehl Street.

A 19 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after contact with police on 2-20-20 at 1423 hours on the 1200 block of Maple Street.

Eniel Rodriguez-Diaz a 30 year old Lebaon resident has been charged with Burglary and Criminal Trespass on 2-23-20 at 1340 hours on the 00 block of N. 9th Street. Police received information of suspicious activity and a person may have entered the building at 40 N. 9th Street. There was evidence Rodriguez broke into the building and was subsequently found within the building. He was apprehended without incident and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Carl Garver and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $25,000 bail.

A charge of Retail Theft has been filed against a 41 year old Lebanon man after investigation into a theft of merchandise from a store on 2-23-20 at 0921 hours on the 1000 block of Maple Street. Total loss to the merchant is $8.48.

Luis Gonzalez-Ledesma a 47 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) on 2-23-20 at 0402 hours on the 1000 block of Guilford Street. Gonzalez is accused of pushing the 18 year old’s head onto the side console of the vehicle they were in causing injury to her head. This occurred during a verbal argument which turned physical. The victim was transported to a local medical facility for evaluation. Gonzalez was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Carl Garver. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $5,000 bail.

A charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia has been filed against Kristian Thomas a 26 year old South Lebanon Township resident after contact with police on 2-22-20 at 2035 hours on the 00 block of E. Walton Street.

A charge of Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana has been filed against a 22 year old Lebanon woman after contact with police on 2-16-20 at 2331 hours on the 100 block of Van Buren Street.

North Lebanon Township

Retail Theft – Eric Bates – Age 39 – Lebanon was charged with retail theft at the Lebanon Wal-Mart on February 19, 2020, after failing to pay for $83 worth of merchandise.

North Londonderry Township

A motor vehicle accident was reported as occurring Feb. 21 at 2:26 p.m. at Main Street and Spruce Court. The accident occurred when a 49-year-old Palmyra man’s vehicle was rear-ended by a 33-year-old Palmyra man’s vehicle, as booth vehicles were stopped in traffic. No injuries reported.

North Londonderry Township Police have charged a 36-year-old Manheim man with retail theft following an incident at Walmart in which he failed to scan and pay for merchandise valued at $60.47.

North Londonderry Township Police have charged Anthony Somers, a 27-year-old Blandon man, with retail theft following an incident at Walmart on Jan. 2 in which he concealed merchandise valued at $160.79.

For an incident that occurred Jan. 25 at 9:00 p.m. on Dianna Drive, Annville, North Londonderry Township Police have charged Lisa Talamonti, a 49-year-old woman, with a violation of a Protection from Abuse order in which she was not to have any contact with the victim.

The North Londonderry Township Police charged Michael Angelo, a 41-year-old Palmyra man, with four counts of misdemeanor retail theft. On four separate occasions between Jan. 15 and Feb. 11, Ortiz failed to scan 11 items of merchandise valued at $149.37 at Walmart.

The North Londonderry Township Police Department investigated a vehicle accident in which a vehicle operated by a 45-year-old Annville man lost control of his vehicle while negotiating a right curve and struck a fence belonging to a 62-year-old Palmyra man. There were no injuries and the vehicle was driven from the scene. The Annville man was cited with Driving Vehicle at Safe Speeds.

South Londonderry Township

A two-vehicle crash occurred on Feb. 1 in the 2000 block of S. Forge Road. Unit 1, operated by a 66-year-old Palmyra woman, was traveling south when she failed to stop for a vehicle operated by a 37-year-old Palmyra woman who was stopped on South Forge Road and preparing to turn. The 66-year-old woman struck the rear of the 37-year-old woman’s car and traveled around the vehicle, striking a telephone pole and fence. No injuries reported on scene. Unit 1 towed from the scene.

Police stopped a vehicle driven by a 21-year-old Middletown woman for an equipment violation on Feb. 13. During the traffic stop, the department’s K-9 alerted to the presence of drugs within the vehicle. Police found marijuana and drug paraphernalia inside.

On Feb. 19 at 6:36 a.m., a 66-year-old Lebanon man was in the turn lane on S. Forge Road, turning left onto Horseshoe Pike when he collided with a 48-year-old Palmyra man who was on Horseshoe Pike turning right onto S. Forge Road. No injuries reported on scene. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
