City of Lebanon

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Julio Cabrera a 33 year old Lebanon resident after being accused of stabbing the 35 year old victim on his arm. The victim needed medical attention to care for the laceration. Cabrera and the victim know each other from previous contact. Cabrera fled from the scene immediately following the incident which occurred on 2-25-20 at 1743 hours on the 00 block of S. 8th Street. Cabrera has been charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault.

Charges of Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Drivers Required to be Licensed have been filed on Elvin Mojica-Correa a 34 year old Lebanon resident following a traffic stop on 2-25-20 at 0435 hours on the 300 block of N. 6th Street.

Marcelino Caldron a 58 year old male with no permanent address has been charged with Possession of a Designer Drug, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after Sheriff’s Deputies took custody of Caldron on a Lebanon County Bench Warrant. Caldron is alleged to have possessed the drugs when arrested. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Kim Wolfe. He was incarcerated at LCCF on the bench warrant and in lieu of $25,000 bail for the drug offenses.

A 17 year old male from Bethel has been cited for Harassment on 2-26-20 at 1140 hours at 10th and Maple Streets.

Charges of Indecent Exposure, Harassment and Disorderly Conduct have been filed against Ramon Rodriguez a 42 year old Lebanon resident after an incident on 2-20-20 at 2212 hours at 223 S. 4th Street. Rodriguez is accused of exposing his penis several times and making sexually oriented comments to two members of staff.

Charges of Theft and Receiving Stolen Property have been filed against David Musse a 26 year old Lebanon resident after investigation into a theft of tools that occurred on 2-26-20 at 1630 hours on the 800 block of Scull Street.

Cornwall Borough

The department received a call on Friday morning from a resident of Anthracite (Goosetown) reporting there has been a dark color van, believed to be a Ford Econoline, in the neighborhood for at least the last several days. The van stops in front of homes and remains there for awhile; the driver does not get out. This occurs in the evening and during the night. The van may have some lettering on the door or side. Anyone having information regarding the van is asked to contact the department.

Accident – Occurred Tuesday, 7:20 PM, on Cornwall Road at Culvert Street. A 17 yr. old Cornwall youth, traveling north, ran off the roadway and struck a tree. He was transported to Hershey Medical Center by First Aid & Safety Patrol EMS. His vehicle was towed.

Soliciting Violations – A 23-year-old East Berlin man, a 21-year-old Columbia man; and a 22-year-old Camp Hill man have been charged with soliciting ordinance violations for incidents Monday, between 4:00 – 4:45 PM, when they were going door-to-door soliciting business for Renewal by Andersen window products.

North Cornwall Township

On February 21, 2020 around 1130 hours, a 38-year-old Lebanon man was cited for retail theft and a traffic violation after he concealed cams of beer in his pockets at Sheets, Rocherty Road.

February 21, 2020 approximately 1143 hours, a 28-year-old Cornwall woman was traveling south on Cornwall Road when she failed to stop for the steady red signal and drove into a 63-year-old Harrisburg man, who was traveling east on Rocherty Road. No injuries reported, she was cited for running the red light and her vehicle needed to be towed.

On February 22, 2020, 2351 hours, police stopped a vehicle for heavily tinted windows. A 16 years of age, male, Lebanon was cited for the North Cornwall Township Curfew Ordinance.

February 23, 2020 at 0410 hours, police stopped a vehicle for a faulty registration plate light in the 1600 block of Cumberland Street. Francisco J. Infant, 48, Lebanon was charged with False Identification to Law Enforcement and driving with a suspended license. Infante was transported to Lebanon County Central Booking and his license was returned to Penn DOT.

February 26, 2020 at 2050 hours, a vehicle stop for an expired registration, South 22nd Street and Nancy Lee Avenue. A 19-year-old Lebanon man was cited for Disorderly Conduct and the traffic violation.

February 26, 22 at 1531 hours, a 20 -year-old Lebanon woman rear ended a 28-year-old Palmyra man at the intersection of Colebrook Road and Lilac Lane. Minor damages, no injuries reported at the scene.

February 27, 2020, 1642 hours, Rafael Angel Rivera-Ortiz, 35, Lebanon was charged with False Reports to Law Enforcement after police stopped his vehicle for an expired registration in the 1800 block of Cumberland Street. When asked for identification, he gave a false name and date of birth. Rivera-Ortiz was transported to Lebanon County Central Booking for a positive identification.

North Londonderry Township

North Londonderry Township Police have cited a 36-year-old Manheim man with retail theft following an incident which occurred Feb. 15 at 12:31 p.m. at Walmart in which he failed to scan and pay for merchandise valued at $85.27.

Two residents reported that their vehicles were entered sometime between the evening of Feb. 26 and Feb. 27. Items taken were purses, wallets, cash, and jewelry. There was no forced entry to the vehicles.

West Cornwall Township

Deer Struck – A Mount Gretna man struck a deer Tuesday, 5:25 PM, as he was traveling south on Butler Road near Old Mine Road. He was not injured; his vehicle was drivable. The deer fled.
