Jackson Township

This crash occurred on March 8 at 6:30 p.m. as Unit 1 was traveling east on West Jackson Avenue, just East of its intersection with North Locust Street, Jackson Township. Unit 1 was traveling in the right lane (eastbound) of West Jackson Avenue, approaching the front of the residence at 218 West Jackson Avenue. For reasons unknown, Operator 1 failed to maintain control of their vehicle and drove the vehicle’s front right tire up and over the curb at 218 West Jackson Avenue. Unit 1’s right front tire continued onto the grass front yard of that residence and struck a posted wrought iron style mailbox post which supported a heavy metal plate having the the mailboxes and newspapers of two 200 block of West Jackson Avenue homes securely attached to the plate/post. Unit 1’s right front tire turned back towards the roadway with Unit 1 fleeing the scene by immediately continuing east on West Jackson Avenue in an unknown direction, failing to report the crash and/or notify the property owners.

On March 15 at approximately 12:15 p.m., the victim contacted PSP to report a burglary on the 100 block of Martin Rd., Jackson Township. While on scene it was determined between March 13 at approximately 3:00 p.m. and March 15 at approximately 12:00 p.m. an unknown number of actor(s) arrived at the above listed location and forced entry into the building via the front door. While inside the actor(s) stole the victim’s iMac desktop computer. The actor(s) then exited the building and fled the scene in an unknown direction by unknown means. North Lebanon Township

Disorderly Conduct – A 32-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman, both from Lebanon, were charged with disorderly conduct after incident at their residence on March 14, 2020.

Retail Theft – Ralph Warren – Age 58 – No address was charged with retail theft after an incident that occurred at the Lebanon Wal-Mart on February 29, after failing to pay for merchandise valued at $545.

Drug Paraphernalia – Jason Blouch – age 37 – Lebanon, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident that occurred in the 900 block of Miller Street.

Swatara Township

On March 7 at 6:47 p.m., Troopers initiated a traffic stop for a traffic violation at Lickdale Rd. and Darkes Rd. Upon initial contact with the driver, George Graham, a 43-year-old Scranton man, he provided a fictitious name. After Troopers verified it was a fictitious name, the driver provided multiple fictitious names. The driver eventually provided his real name. Charges were filed for false identification and numerous traffic violations.

This incident occurred as the unknown actor did drop a clear zip lock bag containing 152 unknown white pills on a rock trail located north of the intersection of New Bunkerhill Road and Old Jonestown Road, Swatara Township.

South Lebanon Township

This incident occurred on Feb. 27 at 9:00 a.m. as a shank was found in an inmate’s mattress at the LCCF. Charges pending the results of DNA testing.

West Lebanon Township

Amy Heagy – age 30 – Jonestown was charged with driving under the influence after being involved in a traffic accident on November 5, at 22nd and Cumberland Street.
