Annville Township

Simple Assault, Harassment – On April 4, 2020 at 5:45 p.m., Annville Police were dispatched to a home in the 100 block of West Sheridan Ave. for a report of a domestic disturbance which had occurred the day before on April 3, 2020. Upon completion of the investigation, Officers took Lisa Dunyan, a 37 year old Annville woman, into custody and charged her with (1) count of Simple Assault (Misd.) & (1) count of Harassment (Summary).

Indirect Criminal Contempt – On March 30, 2020, Annville Police filed (1) count of Indirect Criminal Contempt (Misd.) against Bryce Wolfe, a 26 year old Fredericksburg man. The charges state that on March 30, 2020 at 6:00 a.m., Wolfe sent a text message via a 3rd party to the victim, who lives in Annville Twp., which was in violation of the PFA order issued on Oct. 30, 2019.

Bethel Township

Fugitive of Justice – On April 23, 2020 at 1:30 a.m., State Police conducted a traffic stop at Rt. 22 and South Center St. after observing a traffic violation. Investigation revealed Passenger 1, Sean Dotson, a 20 year old Pottsville man, had numerous outstanding NCIC warrants related to felony drug charges in Maryland. Fugitive of Justice charges were prepared.

Disorderly Conduct – On April 22, 2020 at 8:18 p.m., troopers from PSP Jonestown were dispatched to the 100 block of East Main St. for a disturbance related incident. Upon arrival on scene, troopers learned a man was yelling numerous obscenities and causing a loud commotion outside his residence. A witness identified the man as his neighbor, a 51 year old Lebanon man. The man was subsequently cited for Disorderly Conduct via NTC. Charges were filed within MDJ 52-3-03. On April 22, 2020 at 11:40 p.m., PSP Jonestown were dispatched again to the same location for the report of a publicly intoxicated male causing a disturbance. Upon arrival, investigation revealed disorderly conduct had occurred. The Arrestee, the same 51 year old Lebanon man as earlier, was cited with Disorderly Conduct via Non-Traffic Citation. The victim was a 65 year old Fredericksburg man.

Lebanon City

Retail Theft – A 23 year old Mohrsville resident has been cited for Retail Theft on April 21, 2020 at 3:10 p.m. on the 900 block of Church St. She is accused of taking merchandise totaling $5.

Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police, Careless Driving – Charges of Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police, Careless Driving, and Traffic Control Signals have been filed against a 17 year old Lebanon male after investigation into an incident which occurred on April 14, 2020 at 9:00 p.m. on 9th St. and Lehman St. Police accused the juvenile of fleeing from police in his vehicle when police attempted a traffic stop. Police identified the driver as the 17 year old male. Charges are filed with the Lebanon County District Attorney’s Office.

Aggravated Assault – A charge of Aggravated Assault has been filed against Jean Torres-Feliciano, a 19 year old Lebanon resident, after a fight on Feb. 18, 2020 at 1:39 p.m. on the 700 block of Mifflin St. Torres is accused of stabbing the 18 year old victim with a knife on the victim’s back causing three lacerations. The lacerations caused the victim to receive medical treatment. The wounds were non-life-threatening. The victim and Torres know each other from previous contacts.

Simple Assault – Zachary Harnish, a 29 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) after an incident on April 22, 2020 at 4:09 a.m. on the 800 block of Federal St. Harnish is accused of punching the 27 year old victim causing bruising to her neck. Harnish was not immediately apprehended, a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Disorderly Conduct, Possession of an Open Container of Alcohol – A 56 year old man and a 57 year old, both with no permanent address, have been cited for Disorderly Conduct and Possession of an Open Container of Alcohol on April 23, 2020 at 4:53 p.m. on the 500 block of South 12th St.

Substance Possession – Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against Christopher Rivera, a 26 year old Lebanon resident, after police assisted Lebanon County Probation Officers on Jan. 24, 2020 at 4:20 p.m. on the 300 block of North 9th St.

DUI, Substance Possession – Charges of Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against Louie Naticchia, a 36 year old Lebanon resident, after police found him parked within the intersection of North 16th St. and Lehman St. on Feb. 21, 2020 at 12:59 p.m. Police accuse Naticchia of having Fentanyl within his blood at the time of the incident.

Millcreek Township

Violation of Governor Wolf’s March 19 Order – On April 23, 2020 at 8:06 a.m., the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) responded to Middle Creek Roofing, located at 336 Stricklerstown Rd. Numerous anonymous complaints had been received by the state police regarding this business being out of compliance with COVID-19 business closure orders. During the investigation, it was learned that the business had been warned about compliance on April 20, 2020 by the Pennsylvania State Police and again on April 22, 2020 by the Millcreek Twp. Police Dept. While on scene, PSP was advised that a training meeting was currently being conducted by the business which consisted of nine individuals (seven employees, the owner, and a trainer brought in from out-of-state) in close proximity to one another where no personal protective equipment (PPE) was provided or in use. It was further learned that the issue had been addressed with the owner by current employees who were concerned about their personal health after a similar training meeting occurred the previous day.
The business was cited for violating Governor Wolf’s March 19, 2020 order suspending in-person operations of non-life-sustaining businesses pursuant to the PA Disease Control and Prevention Act, 35 P.S. Section 521.20 for the violation occurring at April 23, 2020 at 8:06 a.m. along with the meeting which occurred the previous day, April 22, 2020.

North Londonderry Township

Simple Assault, Harassment – Upon the completion of an investigation, a juvenile male was charged with Simple Assault and Harassment for an altercation on March 5, 2020 at 1:55 at the Palmyra High School, located at 1125 Park Dr.
