27 containers of milk were for sale in the cooler past the expiration dates. The dates ranged from June 4, 2020 through June 14, 2020. Employees obviously are not checking for expired milk each day. Discarded. Food (hot dogs) observed in the walk-in cooler, slimy to the touch / spoiled / moldy and is adulterated. In March 2020, facility apparently stopped selling self-service grilled hot dogs when informed to stop selling self-service items due to COVID-19 restrictions, however a ketchup bottle, mustard bottle and very hard rolls were still sitting by the hot dog roller-grill and hot dogs in a container in the walk-in cooler were completely covered with green and black mold. Discarded.

The facility had two probe thermometers for checking food temperatures, however, one was off by 50°F when checking hot food and 65°F when checked in a cup of ice, the other one was off by 50°F when checked in a cup of ice. The tool for recalibrating was not available.
