More than a half-dozen Lebanon County gas stations are set to become 7-Elevens as part of an acquisition announced late Sunday.

The eight Lebanon County stations are just a fraction of the 3,900 Speedway locations changing hands as part of the $21 billion cash deal (equivalent to about $5.4 million per store).

“This acquisition is the largest in our company’s history and will allow us to continue to grow and diversify our presence in the U.S., particularly in the Midwest and East Coast,” said 7-Eleven CEO Joe DePinto in a press release announcing the deal.

No details have yet been announced regarding timing of the conversions or whether any existing Speedy Rewards points might be able to get converted into 7Rewards as part of the transition.

The acquisition is expected to see the following Lebanon County Speedway’s be converted into 7-Elevens.
