Bethel Township

Harassment – On Aug. 18, 2020 at 11:04 p.m., troopers responded to the 500 block of Greble Rd. for a report of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, it was determined that the involved parties were involved in a verbal domestic. The verbal domestic turned physical, with slaps and shoves being exchanged. Charges are filed against both involved parties. The Victims/Arrestees were a 26 year old Lebanon woman and a 27 year old Lebanon man.

Criminal/Simple Trespass – On Sept. 7, 2020 at 8:12 a.m., the Victim contacted PSP Jonestown to report that his ex-girlfriend, the Arrestee, a 53 year old Lebanon woman, had been to his residence located at 1029 Frystown Rd. in Bethel Twp. and took the dog they had bought together.

During the investigation, it was determined that the Arrestee arrived at the Victim’s residence when he wasn’t there to check on their dog and when she opened a window to the residence, the dog jumped out. The Arrestee then took the dog to her residence before returning the dog.

Upon speaking with the Arrestee, she related she went to the residence to check on their dog they had bought together and when she opened a window of the residence, the dog jumped outside. The Arrestee further related she then drove the dog to her residence.

The Arrestee was cited for Simple Trespass PA Crimes Code – Title 18 section 3503(b.1)(1)(I) through non-traffic citation number N0065443-0 within MDJ 52-3-03.

Retail Theft – Between July 12, 2020 at 9:41 p.m. and Aug. 21, 2020 at 2:50 a.m., PSP Jonestown responded to Blue Mountain Rd. and SR 22 for a report of retail theft. During the investigation, it was determined the Arrestee stole items without paying for them. The stolen items include Welch’s Fruit Snack valued at $1.69, Frito Lay Scoops valued at $1.89, SWT Leb Muens valued at $1.85, Lebanon valued at $1.85, Fiesta Salad valued at $1.62, Pretzel Sandwich valued at $3.89, Redner’s Sandwich valued at $3.79, Iced Tea valued at $1.99, Combos valued at $2.50, Redner’s Large Sub valued at $3.79, 9″ Redner’s Sub valued at $3.79, Ruffles Potato Chips valued at $1.89, Hot Pocket valued at $2.99, Chicken Sandwich valued at $1.59, and Red Bull valued at $2.66. The Arrestee was cited via non-traffic citation for Retail Theft. The Arrestee was a 20 year old Jonestown man. The Victim was Redner’s Quick Shoppe in Fredericksburg.

Drug Possession – On Aug. 23, 2020 at approximately 7:13 p.m., troopers from PSP Jonestown initiated a traffic stop on the 00 block of North Pine Grove St. During the traffic stop, troopers seized suspected drugs and drug paraphernalia along with open containers of alcoholic beverages. Troopers are still investigating. The vehicle involved was a 2006 Ford F150XLT which has a third door on its passenger’s side.

Theft – On Sept. 1, 2020 between 10:33 a.m. and 10:40 a.m., PSP Jonestown responded to Geesaman Park Ln. for a report of a theft. The Victim withdrew $190.00 from an ATM but forgot to retrieve the money. Shortly after, an unknown Suspect stole the $190.00 from the ATM and left in an unknown direction. The Victim was a 49 year old Fredericksburg woman. The stolen items include U.S. currency valued at $190.00.

Jackson Township

Fatal Accident – On Sept. 8, 2020 at 6:52 p.m., members from PSP Jonestown responded to the 700 block of East Lincoln Ave. to investigate a report of a child struck by a vehicle. Through investigation, it was learned that the Victim’s mother believed the Victim had ran over to a nearby playground to play with her other children. The mother moved her vehicle closer to the playground to have a better view of her children, in which she drove over the Victim. The Victim was a 2 year old male.

Lebanon City

Fleeing And Eluding – On Aug. 15, 2020 at 11:34 p.m., troopers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a 1999 Honda Accord at North 9th St. and Monument St. A brief vehicle pursuit occurred before the above vehicle evaded troopers. Investigation is ongoing.

North Cornwall Township

Manufacture, Delivery, Or Possession With Intent To Deliver – On Sept. 21, 2019 at 2:02 a.m., a 23 year old Lebanon man was charged with Manufacture, Delivery, Or Possession With Intent To Deliver a Controlled Substance after he was stopped for excessive speed while traveling north on Quentin Rd.

Intent/Possession Of Controlled Substance By Person Not Registered – On July 12, 2019 at 10:38 p.m., a 24 year old Lebanon man was charged with Intent/Possession of Controlled Substance by Person Not Registered after he was stopped for following a vehicle too closely while traveling in the 2,400 block of Cumberland St.

Disorderly Conduct – On Aug. 31, 2020 at 1:57 a.m., Thomas Kreiser, a 20 year old Annville resident, and a 23 year old Lebanon woman were cited for Disorderly Conduct (smoking marijuana) when police investigated a vehicle parked on the parking lot of Glonninger Park, located on South 22nd St. Kreiser and the woman were found lying on a blanket in the park.

Drug Possession – On Sept. 3, 2020 at 11:40 p.m., a 41 year old Lebanon man was cited for North Cornwall Twp.; Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia Ordinance after he was stopped by police for an expired registration plate in the area of Millview Crt. and Chestnut St.

Vehicle Accident – On Sept. 8, 2020 at 5:55 p.m., a vehicle accident occurred on Colebrook Rd. at Creekside Dr. Both Units were traveling north on Colebrook Rd. Unit 1, driven by Operator 1, a 71 year old Mt. Gretna woman, ran into the rear of Unit 2, driven by Operator 2, a 57 year old Lebanon man, as he was stopped in traffic waiting to turn left onto Creekside Dr. There were no injuries reported to this officer. Unit 1 sustained moderate front end damage and had to be towed from the scene.

North Londonderry Township

Retail Theft – On Sept. 5, 2020 at 3:11 p.m., North Londonderry Twp. police department filed charges against a juvenile female, a 17 year old Annville resident, for an incident that took place at Walmart, located at 100 North Londonderry Sq. The juvenile female concealed four items inside of her pocketbook and attempted to leave the store without paying for the items. The four items had a value of $73.79. The juvenile female was charged with one count of summary Retail Theft. The non-traffic citation for Retail Theft was filed with MDJ Garver’s office.

Swatara Township

Vehicle Accident – On Sept. 6, 2020 at 11:37 a.m., this two-vehicle crash occurred on Boltz Ln. in North Annville Twp. This crash occurred when Unit 1, a 1991 Grumman LLV, driven by Operator 1, a 42 year old Fredericksburg woman, was attempting to turn into the driveway of the residence on the 00 block of Black Oak Rd. Operator 1 failed to maintain their lane of travel and had the driver’s side of Unit 1 over the double yellow line. Unit 2, a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox, driven by Operator 2, a 63 year old Lebanon woman, was traveling north on Boltz Ln. when it struck Unit 1 which resulted in both Units sustaining disabling front end damage. Both Units were towed from the scene and neither Operator was injured as a result of this crash. Operator 1 was cited for Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic. Operator 2 was cited for Restraint Systems.

Residential Burglary – State Police Jonestown responded to the residence, located on the 00 block of Lemke Ln., for a burglary. The Victim had multiple vehicle parts stolen between Aug. 22, 2020 at 8:30 a.m. and Aug. 24, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. The Victim was a 58 year old Lebanon man. The stolen items include a Stonecrusher 4 Speed Transmission valued at $2,000.00, 350 Turbo Transmission with Torque Converter valued at $3,500.00, “Edelbrock” Valve Covers valued at $750.00, 15×15 Rims with Mickey Thompson Tires valued at $2,500.00, “Aldarocks” Big Block Aluminum Head valued at $3,000.00, 350 Small Block Head valued at $2,000.00, “Tunnelram” Four Barrel (620 size) valued at $2,200.00, Moroso Valve Cover valued at $1,200.00, and T Handles valued at $400.00. Union Township

Vehicle Accident – On Sept. 8, 2020 at 5:50 a.m., this two-vehicle crash occurred on SR 72 Northbound, south of its intersection with Bordnersville Rd. in Union Twp. Unit 1, a 2009 Toyota Camry, driven by Operator 1, a 19 year old Lebanon man, was traveling northbound on SR 72 in the left lane. Unit 2, a 1996 Honda Civic, driven by Operator 2, a 46 year old Lebanon woman, was traveling northbound on SR 72 in the left lane in front of Unit 1. As Unit 2 approached the left turn lane south of SR 72’s intersection with Bordnersville Rd., it was rear-ended by Unit 1. Unit 1 was disabled from the crash and towed from. the scene. Unit 2 was disabled from the crash and towed from the scene. Operator 2 sustained injuries and was transported via Life Lion to Hershey Medical Center. Operator 1 did not report any injuries in the crash. Operator 1 was cited for Following Too Closely.

Drug Possession – On Sept. 6, 2020 at 7:17 p.m., the Arrestee was charged with Drug Possession on the 500 block of Jonestown Rd. The vehicle involved was a 2011 Hyundai Sonata.

Drug Possession – In the commission of this crime, the Suspect was in possession of a controlled substance on Allentown Blvd. and Yingst Dr. on Sept. 6, 2020 at 1:42 a.m. The Arrestee was a 24 year old Jonestown man. The vehicle involved was a 2016 Nissan Altima.
