East Hanover Township
Harassment, Criminal Mischief – On Sept. 4, 2020 at 2:33 a.m., this crime occurred on the 10,000 block of Jonestown Rd. In the commission of this crime, Victim/Arrestee 1, a 19 year old Lebanon woman, Victim/Arrestee 2, a 19 year old Annville woman, and Victim/Arrestee 3, a 21 year old Kissimmee, FL woman, did engage in a physical altercation amongst each which included Victim/Arrestee 1 exchanging shoves and punches with Victim/Arrestee 3. Victim/Arrestee 2 proceeded to engage in the physical altercation by further pushing Victim/Arrestee 1. Following the altercation, Victim/Arrestee 1 exited the residence and proceeded to break a single window pane before smacking and breaking the passenger’s side mirror glass of the vehicle belonging to Victim/Arrestee 2. All involved parties have been cited with Harassment, with Victim/Arrestee 1 also being cited for Criminal Mischief. The vehicle involved was a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze. The damaged property included the passenger’s side mirror glass valued at $50.00 and window glass valued at $75.00.
Jackson Township
Theft – On Aug. 27, 2020 at approximately 10:08 a.m., PSP Jonestown troopers responded to Lebanon Valley Trailers, located at 697 West Lincoln Ave. in Jackson Twp. for a reported theft of a trailer. The Victim was Lebanon Valley Trailer Sales in Myerstown. The vehicle involved was a Ram Truck. The stolen items include a Black Cam Superline. Troopers are investigating.
Lebanon City
DUI – On Aug. 21, 2020 at 11:40 p.m., State Police conducted a traffic stop at Chestnut St. and Peach St. The Operator showed signs of impairment and was taken into custody for suspicion of Driving Under the Influence of Drugs. A blood test was conducted. Charges are pending. The Arrestee was Jared Brandt, a 23 year old Lebanon man. The vehicle involved was a 2001 Toyota Camry.
Millcreek Township
Criminal Mischief Under $1,000 – On Sept. 2, 2020 at approximately 1:08 p.m., PSP Jonestown responded to the 800 block of Weavertown Rd. for a reported broken window. The incident occurred sometime between Sept. 1, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. and Sept. 1, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. The Victim was a 54 year old Myerstown man. The damaged property included a second-story window valued at $50.00.
Myerstown Borough
Drug Possession – On Aug. 20, 2020 at 8:37 p.m., PSP Jonestown troopers conducted a traffic stop at North Goodwill St. and West Lincoln Ave. in Myerstown Boro. A small amount of marijuana was discovered inside the vehicle. Appropriate charges have been filed. The Arrestee was a 21 year old Wyomissing woman. The vehicle involved was a 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour.
North Lebanon Township
Vehicle Accident, DUI, Drug Possession – Madison Boyer, an 18 year old Myerstown resident, was charged with Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after a traffic accident that occurred on Aug. 2, 2020 on Route 74 and 20th St.
Retail Theft – Tina Via, a 60 year old Jonestown resident, was charged with Retail Theft after an incident that occurred on Sept. 1, 2020 at Sunset Outlet, located at 1650 North 7th St. She failed to pay for $12 worth of merchandise.
Drug Possession – Joelle Light, a 38 year old Lebanon resident, was charged with Possession of a Designer Drug after an incident that occurred on June 14, 2020 at her residence.
North Londonderry Township
Retail Theft, Driving Under Suspension – Upon the completion of an investigation, a 56 year old Palmyra man, was charged with two counts of Retail Theft and Driving Under Suspension. Myers stole items valued at $113.00 from Walmart, located at 100 North Londonderry Sq., on Aug. 11, 2020 at 10:30 a.m.
Vehicle Accident – On Sept. 8, 2020 at 2:50 p.m., a Palmyra firetruck responding to a crash in the 1,200 block of South Forge Rd. struck a North Londonderry Twp. police vehicle that was parked at the scene of the previous crash. No injuries were reported as a result of this crash.
Vehicle Accident, Following Too Closely – On Sept. 8, 2020 at 2:46 p.m., Operator 2, an Annville woman, was stopped on South Forge Rd. due to a North Londonderry Twp. highway vehicle that was stopped, picking up brush. Operator 1, an Annville man, was traveling north on South Forge Rd. and was not able to stop and struck the rear of Operator 2’s vehicle. Upon impact, Operator 1’s vehicle was pushed into the front yard of the residence on the 1,200 block of South Forge Rd. There were no injuries as a result of this crash. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. Operator 1 was cited for Following Too Closely.
Richland Borough
Criminal Mischief Under $1,000 – On Sept. 9, 2020 at 3:53 p.m., PSP dispatch received a report of criminal mischief by a Victim residing on North Race St. in Richland Boro. Upon contact with the Victim, it was related that between the night of Sept. 8, 2020 to Sept. 9, 2020, an unidentified Person(s) defaced a “Biden” campaign sign by writing “PEDO” on the front of the sign with a black marker. A neighborhood canvas was conducted with negative results. There are no investigatory leads at this time. The Victim was a 30 year old Richland man. If any information is known about this incident, contact PSP Jonestown Station. PSP is investigating.
Firearm Violation – On Apr. 7, 2020 at 3:00 p.m., PSP Jonestown received a report of an individual who attempted to purchase a firearm on the 200 block of South Park St. The Suspect is prohibited from owning firearms. The investigation continues.
Union Township
Fatal Accident – On Sept. 8, 2020 at approximately 7:03 p.m., Melvin Wolfe III was traveling northbound in the area of the 1,400 block of Suedberg Rd. in Union Twp. Wolfe III lost control of his vehicle in this area and left the roadway. Wolfe III hit a guide rail and multiple trees before coming to final rest. Wolfe III was pronounced deceased at the scene. West Lebanon Township
Drug Possession – Thomas Kreiser, a 28 year old with no permanent address, was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after an incident that occurred on Sept. 6, 2020 in the 1,600 block of West Cumberland St.
DUI, Public Drunkenness, Endangering The Welfare Of Children – Douglas Emswiler, a 29 year old Lebanon resident, was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Endangering the Welfare of Children, and Public Drunkenness after an incident that occurred on July 10, 2020 in the 1,600 block of West Cumberland St.
