Annville Township
Residential Burglary – This crime occurred between Sept. 27, 2020 and Oct. 18, 2020 at approximately 2:28 p.m on the 00 block of South White Oak St. Unknown Suspect(s) entered the vacant residence by prying at a door within the rear sunroom. The unknown Suspect(s) stole an RCA tablet and a cell phone. The unknown Suspect(s) fled in an unknown direction by unknown means. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Jonestown barracks.
Bethel Township
Criminal Mischief Under $1,000 – On Oct. 17, 2020 between 10:35 a.m. and 11:40 a.m., troopers responded to School Dr. for a report of a criminal mischief. Upon arrival, the Victim was interviewed. The Victim related unknown Person(s) scratched the side of his truck with an unknown object on Oct. 17, 2020 sometime between 10:35 a.m. and 11:40 a.m. The Victim was a 61 year old Lebanon man. The vandalized vehicles included a 2010 Nissan Titan. Investigation is ongoing.
City of Lebanon
Harassment – A 43 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Harassment after an incident on Oct. 12, 2020 at 5:15 p.m. on the 400 block of South 8th St.
Public Drunkenness, Disorderly Conduct – A 29 year old Mount Carmel man has been cited for Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct on Oct. 15, 2020 at 9:36 p.m. on the 400 block of North 9th St.
Disorderly Conduct – A 25 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on Oct. 17, 2020 at 6:00 a.m. on the 00 block of South 10th St.
Disorderly Conduct With A Motor Vehicle – A 20 year old North Lebanon Twp. man has been cited for Disorderly Conduct with a Motor Vehicle on Oct. 15, 2020 at 7:31 p.m. on the 00 block of North 16th St.
Retail Theft – A 37 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Retail Theft on Oct. 18, 2020 at 1:56 p.m. at 950 Church St. She is accused of taking merchandise in the amount of $138.38 from the store without paying for said items.
Possession With Intent To Deliver A Controlled Substance – Robert Blymier, a 42 year old Annville resident, has been charged with Possession With Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Controlled Substance after contact with police on Oct. 16, 2020 at 10:20 p.m. on the 400 block of North 14th St. Blymier is accused of possessing for delivery 21 wax paper baggies containing heroin. He was apprehended and transported to LCCB. Blymier was arraigned before MDJ Kim Wolfe and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $50,000 bail.
Criminal Trespass – Richard Hoofnagle, a 44 year old with no permanent address, has been charged with Criminal Trespass after an incident on Oct. 15, 2020 at 11:05 a.m. on the 900 block of Cumberland St. Hoofnagle is accused of entering a condemned property after being told by the owner he was not permitted in said property. Hoofnagle was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Carl Garver. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.
DUI, Turning Movements And Signals Required – Charges of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Turning Movements and Signals Required have been filed against Cynthia Sao, a 26 year old North Cornwall resident, after a traffic stop on Sept. 27, 2020 at 2:15 a.m. at Lincoln Ave. and Cumberland St. Police allege Sao’s BAC was .179% at the time of the stop.
Open Lewdness, Disorderly Conduct – Charges of Open Lewdness and Disorderly Conduct have been filed against Patrick Shay, a 65 year old Lebanon resident, after being found walking in the area of 8th St. and Union St. not wearing his clothing. He was carrying his clothing but was not wearing any. He was transported to a local medical facility for treatment and the charges were filed. This incident occurred on Oct. 9, 2020 at 2:46 p.m.
Drug Possession – A charge of Possession of Marijuana has been filed against a 17 year old Lebanon male after contact wtih police on Oct. 8, 2020 at 5:31 p.m. on the 400 block of East Elm St.
Drug Possession – Charges of Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against Madison Warner, a 21 year old Lebanon resident, after contact with police on Oct. 11, 2020 at 9:32 p.m. on the 1200 block of Bittner Blvd.
East Hanover Township
Theft – On Oct. 18, 2020 at 6:16 p.m., this crime occurred when the Suspect (W/N/M, approximately 16 years old) ran onto the Victim’s yard on the 10,400 block of Jonestown Rd. and stole a Biden/Harris political sign. The Suspect fled west along Jonestown Rd. behind a gray sedan believed to be involved. The Victim was a 62 year old Annville man.
Vehicle Accident – On Sept. 29, 2020 at 12:47 p.m., this crash occurred on I 81 South near mile marker 85 in East Hanover Twp. This crash occurred as Unit 2, a 2013 Ford Transit, driven by Operator 2, Sheila George, a 52 year old Conowingo, MD woman, was traveling south in the right travel lane of I 81 South. Unit 1, a 2008 Ford Mustang, driven by Operator 1, Miguel Velasco, a 19 year old Salisbury, NC man, accompanied by Passenger 1, an 18 year old Salisbury, NC woman, was also traveling south on I 81 South at a high rate of speed and attempted a lane change while negotiating a left curve in the roadway. Operator 1 was unable to successfully change lanes and navigate Unit 1 through the left curve in the roadway before losing control of Unit 1. Unit 1 proceeded to spin clockwise before striking the rear of Unit 2. After striking Unit 2, Unit 1 continued to spin out of control before striking the guide rail beyond the right shoulder and coming to final rest along the right shoulder of I 81 South. After coming to final rest, Operator 1 was observed assessing the damage to Unit 1 before re-entering Unit 1 and fleeing the scene south on I 81 South. Operator 1 and Unit 1 were located shortly after this crash by members of PSP Harrisburg off the I 81 South Exit 80N off ramp in the parking lot of the Exxon Gas Station. Unit 1 sustained mild damage to its driver’s and passenger’s side rear bumper and rear quarter panels at the 5 o’clock and 7 o’clock positions. Unit 2 sustained mild damage to its driver’s side rear bumper and quarter panel at the 7 o’clock position before coming to a controlled final rest along the right shoulder of I 81 South, facing south. Operator 1 and Passenger 1, the front seat passenger, sustained no injuries as a result of this crash. Operator 2 sustained no injuries as a result of this crash. Operator 1 was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana. Operator 1 participated in Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFSTs) and Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE) with negative results. Operator 1 was placed under arrest for Hit and Run, Damage to Attended Property, and Drug Possession, and was transported to Lebanon County Central Booking.
Millcreek Township
Harassment – On Oct. 19, 2020 at approximately 11:21 p.m., troopers from PSP Jonestown were dispatched to the 400 block of Stricklerstown Rd. in Millcreek Twp. for a domestic-related incident between a male and a female. Upon arrival, troopers learned that the female slapped the male across the face with an open hand. The male, in return, shoved the female against her vehicle. Both parties were subsequently charged with Harassment. All charges were filed within MDJ 52-3-01. The Victims/Arrestees were a 36 year old Newmanstown man and a 31 year old Newmanstown woman.
North Cornwall Township
Drug Possession – On July 5, 2020 at 11:23 a.m., police responded to a well-being check on a male driving a truck with a flat tire. The male was charged with Intentional Possession and Use of Drugs and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Drug Possession – On Sept. 13, 2020 at 2:41 p.m., a 20 year old Lebanon woman was charged with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana. Police, on regular patrol of the township, stopped a male operating a motorbike for failure to stop at a stop sign. Rodriguez, a passenger on the bike, was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana.
DUI, Careless Driving – On Sept. 25, 2020 at 9:40 p.m., Lauren Rulavage, a 27 year old Lebanon resident, was charged with DUI and Careless Driving after police investigated an accident that occurred at Rocherty Rd. and Cornwall Rd. Darlene Graham, a Lebanon resident, was traveling west on Rocherty Rd. and was stopped in the left turn lane, waiting at the red traffic signal at Cornwall Rd. Lauren Rulavage was traveling west, listening to the radio, and struck Graham in the rear. Rulavage’s vehicle sustained front end damage and was towed. Rulavage was transported to the hospital for a legal blood test. Rulavage BAC was 0.26%.
Scattering Rubbish – On Oct. 11, 2020 at 1:28 p.m., a 63 year old Lebanon man was cited for Scattering Rubbish for dumping his household waste in the Dollar Tree cardboard recycling dumpster.
North Lebanon Township
Escape, Firearms Violation, Drug Possession, DUI – Said Herrero, an 18 year old Lebanon resident, was charged with Escape, Firearms Violation, Possession of Marijuana, Driving Under the Influence, and Traffic Violations after an incident that occurred on Oct. 5, 2020 in the 1500 block of Sandhill Rd.
Simple Assault, Harassment – Angel Torres, a 33 year old Lebanon resident, was charged with Simple Assault and Harassment after an incident that occurred in the 500 block of Weavertown Rd. on Oct. 15, 2020.
North Londonderry Township
Harassment – On Oct. 16, 2020 at 5:37 p.m., a 42 year old Palmyra man was cited for Harassment when, during an argument, he shoved a 17 year old Palmyra female to the ground. This incident occurred on the 1300 block of Park Dr. in Palmyra.
Union Township
Vehicle Accident – On Oct. 18, 2020 at 8:01 p.m., this one-vehicle crash occurred on SR 72, just south of Penny Ln. in Union Twp. This crash occurred as Unit 1, a 2015 General Motors Corp Acadia, driven by Operator 1, was traveling south on SR 72 when a deer entered the roadway from the right. Operator 1 was unable to stop or swerve out of the way of the deer. Unit 1 struck the deer and sustained minor damage. Unit 1 was driven from the scene.
Vehicle Accident – On Oct. 19, 2020 at 5:47 a.m., this three-vehicle reportable crash occurred at the intersection of SR 72 and Camp Meeting Rd. in Union Twp. This crash occurred when all three Units were traveling north on SR 72. Unit 3, a 2018 Ford Fusion, driven by Operator 3, a 23 year old Lebanon man, stopped for slowing traffic ahead with Unit 2, a 2011 Honda CRV, driven by Operator 2, a 22 year old Lebanon man, accompanied by Passenger 1, a 40 year old Lebanon man, stopped directly behind Unit 3. Unit 1, a 2002 Dodge Ram 2500 (pickup), driven by Operator 1, a 73 year old Lebanon man, was following too closely to Unit 2 and rear-ended Unit 2. Unit 2 then hit Unit 3, due to the impact caused by Unit 1. Operator 2 and Passenger 1 requested EMS but denied transport and reported suspected minor injuries. Operator 1 and Operator 3 reported no injuries as a result of this crash. Unit 1 and Unit 3 sustained minor damage and Unit 2 sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene by Joe May’s Towing. Operator 1 was cited for Following Too Closely. PSP Jonestown was assisted on scene by Jonestown Fire Police, Joe May’s Towing, and Life Lion EMS.
Drug Possession – On Oct. 17, 2020 at 3:00 a.m., troopers from PSP Jonestown conducted a traffic stop at Maple Ln. and Jonestown Rd. During the traffic stop, criminal activity was detected. Troopers located drugs and drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle and on the Passenger’s person. The vehicle involved was a 1998 Chevrolet C/K 1500. Troopers are investigating.
Vehicle Accident – On Oct. 14, 2020 at 8:09 p.m., this two-vehicle crash occurred on I 78 Eastbound near mile marker 0.7 in Union Twp. This crash occurred as Unit 1, a 2004 Lincoln-Continental Town Car, driven by Operator 1, a 77 year old Lake Wales, FL man, was merging onto I 78 Eastbound from I 81 Southbound. Unit 2, a 2018 Freightliner Cascadia, driven by Operator 2, a 68 year old Lafayette, NY man, was traveling eastbound on I 78. As Unit 1 was merging onto I 78 Eastbound, it attempted to exit the highway to the right shoulder. Unit 1 was then struck in the rear by Unit 2. Unit 1 exited the roadway into the grass and overturned. Operator 1 sustained suspected minor injuries and was transported via Life Lion to the Hershey Medical Center. Operator 2 did not sustain any injuries as a result of this crash.
West Lebanon Township
Retail Theft – Kelly Rivera Rosario, a 27 year old Bridgeport, CT resident, and Emmanuel De Jesus Ramos, a 26 year old Bridgeport, CT resident, both were charged with Retail Theft after failing to pay for merchandise totaling $793 from Boscov’s at Lebanon Valley Mall on Oct. 15, 2020.
