Veterans Day was recognized throughout Lebanon County yesterday with local discounts, community shoutouts, and a drive-thru recognition ceremony held at the Lebanon Valley Exposition Center & Fairgrounds.

Members of the American Heritage Girls display flags in support of veterans.

Lebanon County’s dairy farmers were also out in promotion of veterans and the region’s dairy workers.

Students carried flags and homemade banners in support.

Cars lined up to receive a free milkshake.

Live, patriotic themed music was also played during the event.

Congressman Dan Meuser helped hand out milkshakes for the event.

State Rep. Russ Diamond and state Sen. Dave Arnold hand out gift bags during the event.
